"Stuck in Mickey-land for a convention, a group of us were looking for a Sunday brunch spot. Oscar's at the Waldorf sounded like what we wanted and off we went. Although I'm not a lover of buffets, this one looked amazing, with more variety than usual, including a smoked salmon bar, prosciutto bar and honey dripping from a honeycomb! There were a lot of family's with kids, so it was a bit noisy, but that didn't really detract...everything the group of 4 tried, we loved. Only 2 things that were a little strange were that the cost of the buffet only included Mimosas, not **** Marys and there were no Eggs Benedict on the buffet??What impressed me most though was the commitment to making the customer happy. When I got to the salmon bar, it was empty, although two staff members I asked told me it would be restocked. When I mentioned it to our waiter, he came back and said they'd run out, which was disappointing. The manager came over an apologized, said they'd even sent over to the next door Hikton but they were out til Monday...not what I wanted to hear. 15 minutes later the manager appeared with a plate heaped with the best smoked salmon I've had in a long time....THAT is service."

Wow, I am on a work trip staying at the Four Seasons and was not expecting such a great experience from a hotel restaurant..

Post wedding brunch meetup was amazing. Great space speedy service, very accommodating, and kid friendly for day time dining.

Hostess seated us promptly. Breakfast choices are buffet or menu - we ordered off the menu. Healthy choices are noted on the menu and I had the avocado and poached egg on toast. The entree was delivered within 20 minutes and was served hot. The menu prices are commensurate with a Waldorf Astoria but a bit pricey for the Orlando area. View menu

Four Seasons should be ashamed. This is not a restaurant anyone would choose to go to. Their actual restaurants are under construction and this is a makeshift dining room that looks more like a Denny's. They neglected to tell us that their actual restaurants are both out of service before we drove all of the way there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

The overall layout of the restaurant and the ambiance make it much less intimate and enjoyable. Overall it feels like tables were put in a large conference room. We had another waitress continue to come to our table and ask us whether we wanted to order something else and ask us whether I’d had come out that we didn’t order. We kept telling her she had the wrong table. Food took a long time to arrive. We were late for another appointment which was prolonged by the fact that their billing system stopped working too. Food was really good though a bit pricey given the rest of the experience.
