"Went there today with some friends who came into town for the Palisade Peach Festival. The atmosphere was fabulous, with both an inside and outdoor seating area. There was a water mister, on the patio, that kept everyone nice and cool. They offered severalunique flights of different liquors, including Tequila, Brandy and Bourbon. Each one was unique and interesting. My taco bowlwas ok but a little bland. It had a generous portion of avocado that was fresh and delicious. The chicken was amazing, and Icould tell it had been smoked before it was grilled. We also had some kind of pita bread dish, that I'm very sorry but I can'tremember the name of. It had a honey and vinaigrette sauce and was so insanely delicious we ended up ordering the second one. After we ate the second one, we debated on getting a third but decided we were full enough. I highly recommend this place andpredict it will turn into one of Western Colorado's hidden gems!"

Come for the distillery, enjoy a great Old Fashioned, eat well, and leave with an excellent bottle of bourbon. Highly recommended!

We had a flight of bourbon and Pear Brandy Sour. Photo of Big Billy Pizza and Caprese. Loved the Elote Salsa. Cute outdoor patio. You can bring your pup.

The restaurant features tall tables with stools that lack backrests, making it a bit challenging to hang a jacket. However, the seating is surprisingly comfortable, and the drinks are excellent.

This place is great. My only complaint is that the both times I’ve been here, I was told the wait time for a table would be 20 minutes, and both times, my party waited an hour. The food and service is great, but add 40 minutes to whatever they tell you the wait is. View menu

They are doing some interesting things in this distillery tucked into the heart of Palisade. We had a great time with Jaxson, sampling a flight of their distilled options (Modus was a favorite), brick-oven pizza, traditional tacos with nontraditional flavors, and THE best guacamole we've ever had.

I had a wonderful experience on Peach Street. The vibe was fantastic, and it wasn’t overly loud. We chose to sit outside, enjoying a pleasant breeze and warm sunlight. The view was breathtaking, and the food was delightful—I tried the pepper chocolate, which was amazing. The service was top-notch; our server, Chase, was very attentive and engaging in conversation. I will definitely be returning!

Came here as my husband had seen Peach St reviewed well for Bourbon. He's currently enjoying his Old Fashioned out front in the sun. It's been a great penultimate stop on an epic road trip. I'm the designated driver, but the food was fresh and lovely. And there is a bottle of 5 year single barrel Colorado straight bourbon coming home to the south of England with us! We'll raise a glass to Peach Street when we get home : View menu

We stopped in twice over the course our our visit for drinks. Our first server was swamped and another server helped out. She was fantastic and even recommended a drink she was possibly planning for her wedding. I couldn’t remember it’s name but low and behold we returned the next day and she was there again. She made our experience wonderful. Side node at our hotel we also tried their vodka and later their gin all fabulous. This place makes wonderful Colorado spirits that we will continue to buy back in our area of Colorado.

I'm usually not one to write reviews, but this experience compelled me to share my thoughts. Having worked in customer service for many years, I can confidently say this was the most discourteous and absurd encounter I’ve ever had. It's inappropriate to tell guests what they can or cannot do, especially in such a disrespectful manner. I highly recommend reassessing who is serving drinks behind the bar, as they represent the establishment. I can assure you that we will not be returning, and this decision is entirely due to the unprofessional behavior of this individual.

"So, I’m from Buffalo NY. Pizza, wings, and service are things I ALWAYS look for when i live somewhere new. Today was my first time trying Diorios pizza. I always keep it simple on my first time and just do cheese and pepperoni pizza, with ranch. First of all when I called the gentleman who answered the phone was super nice and even listening to me babble a little bit about how I’m super picky about pizza and how my favorite place is that one in Fruita that I won’t name here but it’s delicious I mean come on. I told him that same thing and he kind of chuckled and I said I don’t judge one restaurant based on another but if this is New York style pizza I’ll be the judge of it LOL. I don’t have a degree in culinary arts or anything like that but I do have an honorary degree in eating pizza for the last 30+ years of my life. First off I’d like to mention the service which was impeccable they even gave me a discount for being local which was totally unexpected and absolutely one of the coolest things I’ve had happened to me in a while. Second of all they had some cool glass bottle Sodas I had never seen before. I am always down to try something new. The one he suggested was black cherry and I would highly recommend it to anyone else. Now to the pizza. I’ll give it a solid eight out of 10. It’s purely based on personal preference when it comes to crust but everything else was phenomenal. They don’t use too much, sauce the sauce is not sweet at all Which is a huge pet peeve of mine. They were not anything but generous with the cheese which is always nice to see you because I know it’s expensive. The pepperoni had a good flavor and it was nice and greasy just like I like it. Sometimes pepperoni has kind of an odd flavor to it like they tried to hard when they were making out with this place whatever brand it is is delicious. Taking the two points off really has to do with the texture of the crust. For me it’s just too airy (that might be the wrong way to explain it) it wasn’t over cooked or super doughy at all, but it sort of reminds me of dominos crust. But a lot better. The ranch was good as well, idk if they make it in house but it was a lot better than other places around town for sure."

"We recently visited the Wine Country Inn this last weekend with another couple to visit local wineries and wine taste. The rooms are dated, but adequate. The breakfast is typical hotel fare, nothing special. The staff overall was nice with a couple of exceptions which I will talk about now.Our first night there, my girlfriend and I decided to go to the hotel lobby to watch a TV show on my tablet. We both had sleeping husbands in our rooms so we could not go there. We sat on the couch across from the fireplace. There was a wedding that night in the ballroom which is right off of the lobby. It was so loud we could not even hear the sound from the laptop, we had to turn on the subtitles. We endured it because we figured it was a Thursday night and thought at some point hotel staff would monitor the noise level. People were running in and out of the ballroom, screaming and running back into the wedding party. No one from Hotel Staff stopped them or told them they needed to go back into the wedding because it was too loud. Our last night in wine country, we were two couples who were again in the hotel lobby, trying to play a card game. There was another wedding. Every time staff went into the ballroom they opened the door and the wedding was so loud we could not even play our cards. When I asked the front desk person if they could keep the door shut, so the wedding noise would not affect us, she said no they could do whatever they wanted. We eventually found a room off of the lobby to play our cards where it was fairly quiet. I understand that weddings make money for the hotel, but at $250/night, I think they also have to balance the needs of the hotel guests. We only wanted to keep the ballroom door closed, nothing more. We thought it was a good compromise.Because of this, we will not stay at the Wine Country Inn again. And we will not recommend it to our friends and are not recommending it here.A relaxing trip to wine country it is NOT!The lack of attention to our needs as hotel guests vs. the needs of the wedding guests was not acceptable in my opinion."
