"I've been a regular customer for about three years now. The food is excellent, and the coffee is fairly good too. There’s typically a 45-60 minute wait for delivery, but since it's a city away, I can understand that. However, my last order was incorrect. The Grubhub driver blamed it on Perfecto, but I believe Perfecto is ultimately responsible for their delivery service. When I called to discuss the issue, it turned into a bit of a debate. I get that third-party delivery systems can have their glitches, but I wish companies would just take responsibility and resolve issues more smoothly. All I wanted was my food!"

They serve some of the best bagels I've ever had. The veggie cream cheese is exceptional, loaded with generous chunks of pepper. The chai is delicious, too. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

I was thoroughly impressed and ended up buying almost all the muffins along with some of the other treats displayed! Every item was fantastic! The coffee was spot on, and the bagels are definitely the best on the North Shore.

This place is amazing. The personal service is great. They are superior over any chain breakfast store AND they have a drive through! I'm much happier to support smaller business. Amazing food, HUGE variety of coffee flavors and service is always on point.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered two breakfast sandwiches on bagels with ham and cheese, along with an iced coffee. Unfortunately, the ham was cold, the bagels were untoasted, and the cheese wasn't melted at all. I’m disappointed; it seems like they lost the “perfect” in Perfecto. View menu

The food and coffee was perfecto. The lady working the drive thru? Not so much! Sheesh, what a meanie. She yelled at my sister for asking for ?scoops on her bagel? (for the record I don?t know what that means either) but cmon man, be polite! Perfectos, you gotta figure it out with your customer service!

I ordered a chai latte, a croissant filled with ham, egg, and cheese, a corn muffin, and a chocolate caramel muffin. Both muffins were absolutely delightful and incredibly fresh. The chai tea was exceptional as well. They used real eggs in the croissant, which had a generous portion, and it was delicious. I will definitely be returning!

I stopped by for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. I ordered a bacon and egg sandwich on an English muffin, and it was excellent. The hot coffee, a breakfast blend, was delicious as well. It would have easily been a 5-star review, but the coffee cup was only three-quarters full! For goodness' sake, fill the cup! I'll definitely come back to give it another try. View menu

This place is generally very poor. I want to be clear that I'm not going to buy coffee here anymore, I'm literally next door to fool myself. Operations are sad when you look at their prices. When you charge $4 and change for a bagel with cream cheese you BETTER the order right? that occurs near NIE in this place. I only use it as a last resort if I want a bagel and not want to deal with the Bagel World lines. If your workers have taken care of getting order as they do their make-up, you might have a chance to fight.

Amazing! After Bagel World was too crowded, we went to Dunks? but we saw Perfecto on the way and thank God we did. So fast, also with a long line, huge selection of creative bagel and coffee flavors. People were super friendly and efficient at the same time. I got a French toast bagel and it smelled and tasted like a piece of French toast. My partner was also very happy with his order. We ate to the outside tables. I noticed on the bag that you can order in advance by text! There is also a Drivethru at this point. Definitely our new breakfast/brunch/each place.

"I had found Settler on Yelp and I really wanted to eat here during our one day in Salem. After walking all day, Settler was out last stop on our day in the Witch City. I never anticipated to have my best culinary experience in Salem, but here I am telling the tale. Settler has a 3 course meal style of serving. We received the chef picked appetizers. I don?t have the exact names, but it was a ricotta style dip, a pumpkin hummus, and another dish that was like a falafel. It was all phenomenal. We also decided to get a cocktail called a Yusuf Highball. It was refreshing, light and exactly what we needed after a long day of ghost stories, witch trial history and people watching. Once we had our order taken, we had settled on a few different dishes. As a starter, I chose the shrimp and it was so insanely good. I could have easily kept eating that. My husband ordered the pate and he cleared his plate. I had the Spaghetti with clams. I really should have taken a picture of the menu to have the real dish names. This was the best pasta I have ever had. It was a white sauce base. It was fresh, decadent and yet light at the same time. My husband had the beef two ways. Both him and our friend raved about it. I had a piece and it was melt in your mouth delicious. My friend?s husband has the chicken and they both said it was delicious. Although we felt stuffed to the brim, we had to have dessert. We all shared the cheesecake and the chocolate tart. Both rich yet light. Aside from the incredible food, the people there were amazingly kind. We were able to be feet away watching the chef work with his team. This was something that truly stuck with me. We even wanted to know where they had gotten their cocktails stirrers from, and the chef showed us the link. This place was a true culinary experience. It was delicious, beautifully kept, and had wonderful people. The bartender also gave us wonderful recommendations for Maine. I do plan to come back to the Witch City and Settler i"
