"I called to see if I could get a refund since the wings were practically inedible. I was told that they don’t issue refunds, but I could return for a remake. I was then informed that I would need to show the old wings to get new ones, which wasn’t mentioned during my initial call. So, I would have to drive all the way back, grab the wings, and return for the third time just to prove that they were unacceptable. Who would go through that much hassle for free wings? In the end, I decided not to return and waste more time arguing over wings that I couldn’t eat. I clearly won’t be going back, though it seems they’re indifferent to customer feedback. If you’re considering dining here, I recommend taking your business elsewhere."

"I only give four stars because I only stopped ordering chips and salsa and tortilla suppe. the suppe is so delicious! with huh, carrots, celery and they give them guacamole, sour cream and limette. I really enjoyed it! the chips and salsa were standard. the salsa is not hot at all. this is 100% a spin-off. there are no places and it is very small. the lady at the front was pleasant and helpful. a order of chips and salsa and a large bowl tortilla suppe ran me under $10. perfect lunch!"

"We had our rehearsal dinner at Westwood and everything from start to finish was fantastic! Tracy, the manager, was great to work with and even offered to make us custom menus and order colored napkins. When we arrived, our waiter, Gena, handled our group of 30 SO well. She was kind and courteous to all of us, knew all the ins and outs of the meals we had selected, and was incredibly efficient when it came to taking and delivering our orders. All of our guests raved about the food, and we even found a few of our wedding guests enjoying meals and drinks at their bar when we were leaving. I definitely recommend Westwood, whether it’s dinner for two or a rehearsal dinner for 30!"

"Like many pizza places, there is some grease on the walls and floor. We ordered a pizza and wings, and the pizza was quite filling, loaded with toppings and cooked perfectly. The wings were crispy—not soggy or overly sauced—which I appreciated. I ordered them spicy, but they weren’t very hot, which is fine since many people tend to complain about overly spicy wings at other places. Overall, this is a great spot for a quick weekend pizza pick-up. The meal cost us $36 and could easily feed four people; we even had about half of our large pizza and wings left over with just two of us. The preparation time was quick and accurate. I’d rate it as a fantastic local option—better than Valley, Elms, Alessio’s, Boston Bay, and Millie’s, in my opinion. It's about on par with Pasquale’s, but they offer a white pizza that I don't think Family Pizza has. If you prefer your wings crispy rather than saucy, you'll definitely enjoy them here. We'll be going back!"
