Sandwiches are excellent. They have breakfast sandwiches all day which is my favorite. They don't open until 10 but otherwise delicious. Great customer service. The breakfast sandwich and the planter are the best.

We were visiting Bend for convention and so I was roaming downtown and was hungry for a sandwich and found this place. I had the turkey bacon avocado the pickled onions are to die for and the bread is so perfect. The sandwich is served warm. I wouldwill definitely come back here again. they had many tempting options on the menu.

Came in for lunch due to the Yelp reviews. Small space for indoor seating but it was pretty busy at 1pm. I got the meatball with the recommended peppers and it was a tasty sandwich. Meatballs themselves were delicious and the whole sandwich was excellent. They serve Mexican cokes and chips as well. The service at the front counter was very pleasant, and the employee took the time to explain the menu to us since we were first-time customers. The staff was friendly. However, the lunch for two, which included a tri-tip and a chicken salad sandwich with chips, along with unsweetened tea, was quite pricey. There is a restroom located in the back, past the kitchen area. Unfortunately, I hate to say it, but while the food seemed good at first, I experienced an upset stomach, cramping, and nausea about 3-4 hours later.

We stopped in this cafe for lunch while visiting Bend, Oregon. It's a small cafe with limited seating inside and outside. However it is not limited on flavor and customer service. All orders are prepared at the time of order and the food is fresh, hot, and flavorful. We ordered the smoked ham and cheese Panini with apple chutney and the warm Roasted Turkey. Both were very delicious and filling. The ham and cheese with the apple chutney was the perfect balance of salty sweet comfort food. Have a stressful day...give it a try...it will definitely put a smile on your face and satisfy your stomach. One day, while looking for a lunch spot, a friend had a craving for a fantastic sandwich. After reading some reviews, we decided to try Planker Sandwiches, and it was exactly what we were hoping for! This was the best sandwich I've had in months and definitely the highlight of our trip. Located in downtown Bend, Planker Sandwiches is a small place with a few tables inside, a couple outside, and a counter where you place your order. The menu is extensive and easy to read.
