"This was unfortunately one of the worst experiences at a restaurant. It took 45 minutes to put in a drink order with the manager who was nice. Had to repeatedly get up to locate a server, manager, etc. The food was just okay. Fish tacos were bland and tortillas cold, they had no Diet Coke and no ice tea. Gave us free drinks but only 1 of 4 ended up getting a drink. Gave us 20% off the bill which was nice. I won’t go back to this restaurant anytime soon."

It was a very pleasant business lunch and the food was amazing. Best Salmon I have ever had. View menu

We enjoyed the selections on the menu, especially the edamame and cauliflower appetizers. They were out of several dessert options and found suitable substitutes.

tasty eating and best mumosa deal in the city! pick them up the bacon-chdar-tarts and the beerkäseburger! ham and cheese empanadas are like an elevated hot bag and I can not recommend them enough!

This is a very generic American fare restaurant. It is nothing special at all. The equivalent to an Applebee's, Chili's or something along those lines. Do not recommend if you're looking for something original and special. View menu

We booked at 8.15PM then when we arrived they told us that last call to order was 8.30PM and we order really quick. Then by 9.00PM they were already pushing us to finish and they bring the dessert when we still were eating the main course. They pushed us to finish and leave. We didn't like this kind of service.

a cool American gastro-pube in the inner city of los angeles. a great place to catch with some old friends, especially if they just get out of the plane. they have a pretty good beer selection and I also enjoyed the public school decor. good witness especially for L.A. unfortunately I did not come to eat, but the service was friendly enough to want to come back. all in a good time.

"We visited the Los Alamitos location this trip for late lunch, early dinner. My husband got an All American Beach Melt. It was a full pound cheeseburger on grilled Parmesan Sour Dough. He was delightfully overwhelmed! I decided to try the prime rib dinner because the prime rib dip is out of this world! I was extremely disappointed! The meat was cold and flavorless. The aujus again had no flavor. The creamy horseradish could have been sour cream, and it has absolutely no flavor at all, no zing. Our waitress was sweet but disappointing. All of our food came to the table at the same time. Our appetizer actually arrived after our entree plates. Our waitress did a vanishing act. She did not once return to the table. Our water and tea cups sat empty throughout our meal. Other servers took care of the tables to our right, and to our left, we remained completely ignored. After finishing our meals, we sat for about 15 20 minutes with my husband, trying to get anyone to pay attention to even our empty glasses. Finally, it appeared to be someone in management who asked if we were waiting for boxes. My husband told her we 'd like a check AND boxes so we can leave. She brought our check and 3 boxes, no questions or comments. My husband paid in cash, and she said, I 'll see you next time. He commented. There won 't be a next time. We enjoy the Foothill Ranch location, a much friendlier environment. Today 's lesson learned is that it was not a good idea to order steak at a sandwich shop."

"Our first visit to the restaurant last night came highly recommended, thanks to a friend's glowing review of their vegan menu. We were pretty excited and ordered two vegan meatball subs. The trouble began when we waited for nearly 25 minutes after placing our order. Our server, a guy named Ryan (I think), came over and told us they were all out of vegan meatballs. Naturally, we asked why it took so long for them to figure this out, which seemed to fluster poor Ryan a bit. However, he was polite throughout the conversation. We decided to switch our order to one regular meatball sub and a vegan eggplant sub, thinking all was well. But, surprise, surprise, Ryan returned a few minutes later to tell us they were also out of eggplant. At this point, we had been waiting for almost 40 minutes with no food in sight, so we asked for the check to pay for the soda my husband had been nursing. Here's why the whole experience left a sour taste in our mouths: 1. Why in the world didn't the waitstaff know about these shortages in advance? It seems like basic communication within the restaurant was seriously lacking. Customers shouldn't be left hanging, wondering if they'll actually get what they ordered. 2. It's kind of baffling that Ryan was left to break the bad news not just once, but twice. You'd think the manager, who we saw chatting with other diners just a few feet away, would have taken the initiative to come over and speak to us directly. 3. I was made to feel like I should be really grateful they decided not to charge us for the Diet Coke my husband drank. Overall it was a terrible experience and no effort was made to rectify what happened. I obviously cannot comment on the food since we never recieved any. As for customer service...HORRIBLE!"
