I typically enjoy Reid's but I had a chicken biscuit that was somehow cold and overcooked. The chicken was so dry and tough I could hardly bite through it.

The staff member at the salad bar is consistently unfriendly and unwelcoming. I've decided to stop going to Reid's and now opt for Salata for my salads instead. It's quite disappointing!

For some reason this locations standard are not on the level as the location on 5 blocks away. The nashville chicken sandwich is made with old chicken and smothered in hot sauce where as the same chicken biscuit from the Tryon and Trade location has no sauce and a billion times the flavors and spice. I will be walking the extra distance for the quality. View menu
Disappointing
After making a reservation on Open Table, we were surprised when we arrived and the bartender informed us that they no longer serve food! While there is a deli where you can order at the counter, that wasn't the experience we were looking for. We wanted a restaurant with table service. The bartender was very apologetic, but I believe Open Table should remove Reid's from their listings.

I ordered a sandwich on a pressed baguette, but it was a bit overcooked and had a slightly burnt taste. It was quite hard, almost like biting into concrete. The turkey was dry and didn’t taste fresh at all. Overall, the quality of the food didn't justify the price, so I probably won’t be coming back. However, I want to mention that the employee at the register was friendly and helpful!
