"Decent food… very good service… I’ve eaten here a few times over the years and it’s always pretty good. There are some menu items that are just ok, but others like the pickles, the chicken and asparagus, lasagna, lobster roll and all the club sandwiches are tasty. I’d consider the food 3 stars. What puts them into 4 stars for me is the service… from the hostess, bartenders and waiter… the waiter we had tonight took the food and drink orders for our party of 8 people and though he didn’t write any of it down, he remembered everything… the hostess tonight was very nice and accommodating even though we didn’t call ahead and showed up with 8 people at 9:30… she didn’t give me an attitude and was very nice telling us to wait a few minutes and she would get something ready for us…"

Awesome Fried Whole Clams in big portion and at a reasonable price! I was so stuffed, I took about half home, but then munched on them driving home....yummy! Hostess and server were very friendly and provided good service.

I went to work. We had a hot and cold buffet meal was good. There was something for everyone. Service was fantastic. Some of us arrived a little early and the waiting staff was right there to take our drinks orders to start the party. It was a great time.

I always recommend Richards for meetings, but my last experience was disappointing. When my friends arrived, they encountered terrible service at the bar and ended up leaving in frustration. I had to convince them to come back, but it's frustrating when some bartenders socialize too much and neglect other customers.

We love this restaurant. My father and I usually go every Friday. We always get the high tables. The drinks are large a generous size. The staff is amazing that we usually get Kristen who is wonderful!. The food is great, the ambience is good. It is a really nice restaurant where you can relax and eat without being pushed out of the door.

This restaurant has been in business for a long time. And it has been since my visit to X. The place was very busy, but the staff could move everything. My meal and family were perfect. I ordered soup and had to send it back, Luke was warm. No problem waitress returned with a fresh cup that was hot. I'll say it's even more popular than I thought. Meals were about $18.95. I have to give this point five stars. The service was just as great as the food. When we first arrived, there was a sign on the door that said they had lobster bisque. When we asked the server, they said they didn't know if there was anything else, but checked and got the last two balls to us. It was great lobster bisque and actually had lobsters in him that rarely did these days. I got Balsamico Calamari and my friend got a burger and we both had a fabulous time. The drink I got would definitely return! I am pleased to support a local company :

Enjoyed a nice lunch with friends. We were seated promptly by our smiling hostess. And greeted at the table by our kind bartender who was waiting the tables in the bar area. The drinks were delicious and the bartender helped me with my choice of drink.. Food was served hot and delicious. Awesome fruit salad for my side dish and the fruit was very fresh. WOW the portion of their Snail salad was huge and tasty. My Hot Pastrami sandwich was exactly what I was looking for. Great service, great food and very reasonable price for what we had. Highly recommended.
