This may be one of the tiniest restaurants in the world, but it has been a staple in the neighborhood for many years. They serve genuine food at affordable prices. View menu

After a long stroll enjoying the views of Boston Harbor, this restaurant was the ideal spot to recharge and grab a bite to eat. Thank you for the delicious lunch, Rick, and for the helpful tip about the restroom next door!

Food tastes good but owner charged for an extra water, coffee, and pasty. Then when I asked for my receipt to see why it was more than I expected, owner had an attitude with me. Spend your money elsewhere if you don’t want to get robbed

Wow!! My buddy told me about this hidden gem and said I had to get the bacon, eggs, cheese and home fries wrap. It was delicious and I was not disappointed. I’ll be back for sure thank you Rick for coming in and cooking up some great food!!!!! View menu

What a magnificent place!!! Everything is fresh, homemade, and so delicious... I can only encourage you to come and try the menus. The atmosphere is simple, and that's exactly how we like it. The cookies and muffins (homemade, of course) are absolutely to die for! A big thank you to Rick for his kindness and authenticity.

Been going here when I have deliveries in the area ever since I moved to Boston. Great little spot, tucked away on a side street. It's a one man show, and the owner Rick is a very polite and easy going guy. He can cook up whatever you need. Has a working class feel to it, the walls are lined with local union stickers. 5 Stars

"No soup/sandwich shop compares in terms of price per quality, portion size, and different options in the area. I only started ordering from here about 2 weeks ago and I’ve now had 7 different kinds of soups and 4 different kinds of sandwiches after the first order I started ordering two soups and a sandwich aka a soup to save for later because they’re just that good, every one of them. Price is so very reasonable and depending on which combo you get you can make out with a full sized sandwich and large sized homemade soup for $14.While it’s hard to recommend one thing over another in this circumstance since it’s all been great in their own ways, the Chicken Chowder is something I plan on getting a quart of next time it’s available. The Chicken Barley and Chicken Lemon Rice are ones I plan on getting quarts of in the future as well, and that’s not to discount the Chicken Noodle, Beef and Veg Noodle Stew, French Onion, and the current seasonal Chilled Gazpacha (which I probably wouldn’t have even tried it wasn’t from these guys . It’s all top quality. The Chicken Tarragon sandwich is my favorite in terms of sandwiches although it can’t combo with a soup as of now (please let us! . The best cheap soup combo sandwich is a tossup between the Cilantro Tuna and Ciabatta Sandwich, which are both incredible in their own ways. The only few drawbacks to this place are they don’t have every soup they make every day, are only open until 4PM, and aren’t open on the weekends. That said it’s worth it to plan accordingly for this. I never review anything but this place is worth it it’s the best if you’re a soup and sandwich person like I am."
