"We reserved for V-day three weeks in advance. We arrived on time and had to wait 30 minutes past the reservation. We ordered off the special menu for the day to which they seemed to struggle to support. We ended getting our food two hours later. My prime rib was luke warm and my wife’s chicken was COLD. We sent back my wife’s plant to only get an even colder Chicken. My wife asked to remove that food from our bill and instead of that they gave a 25% discount on the couples meal, which doesn’t add up. As I was observing almost the entire restaurant was not getting their food in time. I think it was an issue with the kitchen staff proper planning out meals."

Valentines Day dinner. Restaurant was beyond its capacity to handle dining guests resulting in long delays between courses. The lovely waitress kept us informed of the delays.

The staff was fantastic, and the food and atmosphere were wonderful. However, it took quite a long time for our meals to arrive. While the waitress did apologize, the delay was noticeably lengthy. Despite this, everything else was great.

I had dinner reservations for 6:45, we didn’t get seated until 7:30. We didn’t get our food until 8:40 and left at 9:10. Waitress tried to put a beer on my receipt because the other patrons left. I hope next year they don’t take online orders
