"Worst experience at a Grisanti's restaurant!!!! #1 the server wasn't attentive to our wants or needs, we had to ask for every single thing and did not bother to check on our table of four, we had to ask other waiters for bread, water, etc . #2 After going through the spill of specials, waiter informed us at 6:45 that they were out of the special my husband ordered how are you out that early in the evening but whatever) so he ordered a different special and he said it was actually very good. #3 One of the guest at our table ordered chicken parm and it was so tough, he couldn't eat it and of course our waiter didn't bother to check on us and we had to ask another waiter to help with the inedible dish and she argued and said she took it back and was able to cut it with a spoon right, I guess he should have used a spoon instead of a knife). And to end the evening, I informed waiter that we had to ask for every single thing and he was unapologetic which made the experience even worse with his smarty attitude. We were treated as though we had asked for a full complimentary dinner and we had NO INTENTIONS of that at all. Would have been nice to just have a nice Italian dinner at a place that used to be a special, nice experience...... this was a sign of SMELLING LIKE A BUSINESS THAT IS SOON TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!"

Bit disappointed, ordered lobster pizza that had zero lobster on it, it was good otherwise. Plus draft beers at $9 was pricey. Nice ambiance and good service.

I feel like this place has a lot of potential but our visit wasn't the tastiest. We ordered several items and the ones that I thought were quite good was the Burrata salad and the Tiramisu.

Food was good. I had the special and my pasta could have used some more butter or white wine sauce. It just felt like it was missing something. It had a few shrimp but needed some mussels or scallop's. Just a little dry. The garlic bread and salad was excellent. It was a little pricey not to be perfect. View menu

None of the Grisanti family restaurants ever disappoint. Ever! Some of the very best authentic Italian you will get in this city and I am including all of them. I have had just about everything on the menu at this one and it all was wonderful. Service is always good as well. If you haven't been here you need to try as soon as possible. It's great!!

Visiting from out of town and wanted a nice dinner, wasn?t disappointed by grisanti?s! Food was awesome, we had the Tuscan butter for an app. Then I had the veal parm and my father had the lasagna. All delicious. The martinis were strong and delicious too. Ended with a pistachio gelato made in house. Our server Maddie, or Madison, was so sweet and confident and took great care of us. Wouldn?t change anything about the entire meal.

Have been here a couple of times. Absolutely great for a special occasion (birthday or anniversary) or business dinner. The seasonal cocktails are excellent and they have a robust wine list. No meal I have had here has ever disappointed. In addition to excellent food, the waitstaff is friendly and attentive (but not overly so) and is always knowledgable about the menu. Lastly, I will add that I enjoy the big band music that they have playing in the background. It sets a lovelyatmosphere. View menu

Went there on a Monday to celebrate my birthday. I was really looking forward to this but it turned out quite disappointed! We ordered a Saltimbocca, Pollp Alla Gusi, chicken lasagna, ravioli. The veal and chicken breast were very dry and salty. we couldn‘t even finish the dish. the lasagna and ravioli were so so. Calamari was light and crispy. Overall, for the price they charged, the food needed some improvement!! Don’t think we will return again Service: Dine in Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

My Elfo was ruined, instead of butter it had so much cheese I thought it was a cream sauce. The waitress told me it was because people complained the butter was too rich. My bread was still in the oven I had to track down the waitress to find out where it was. I complained about the Elfo the owner/manager argued with me turns out the chef added too much cheese it wasn't supposed to be that way, still charged me for it. I paid almost ran out. The employees stood at the front desk complained, loudly, about staffing issues. The bread Chianti were good but I'm never going back. It's changed since I was last there.

"Quality not what it used to be. A year ago or so I wrote a reviewing liking this location. We got our usual to go this time (much like other times) and when my husband got home I was incredibly dissapointed. He said they were busy and looked disarrayed but it doesn't give them an excuse for giving us ****. The bartender ignored my husband when he tried to tell them he was there to pick up and saw the order come out and only after our order was sitting there for a while did he finally ask what he was there for. Now that's whatever as long as this pregnant lady gets her food. I eagerly open the box and what do I find? A few sweet potato fries, the avocado smothered on the burger soaking the bun, and no pickle. The bun was falling apart as soon as I tried to pick it up so I ate it with a fork and knife. Even the sauce cup barely had any sauce but enough I guess for the meager portion of fries I got! This makes me sad as we're regulars. That will no longer be true.<br/ <br/ <br/ 01 Aug, 2014 <br/ <br/ West coast burger sweet potato fries. I have gotten the west coast burger and sweet potato fries every single time I've gone there and my boyfriend has now copied my choice. I'm sure the other burgers are good too but if I have a craving for Huey's, that's what I get. Their onion rings are also good and huge but they are the type that the onion slips straight out of the breading. The lemon box cake thing made me very happy. If you want to go to any Huey's, the midtown location is the one to go to! Don't go to the downtown site. They were really rude both times we stopped by to get a to go order when we were on our bikes."
