"Great service. We were seated within a few minutes of arriving. The waiter explained the dining experience and told us about the different cuts of meat. The food was excellent and flavorful. A wonderful menu selection of beef, seafood and other varieties. We started off with seared ahi, excellent flavor, then soup/salad which we enjoyed and then beef selections. All were delicious. My only complaint is they had only one soup selection which was Louisiana Gumbo. My husband decided to try it and he ate the whole bowl. An enjoyable meal."

I was looking forward to a nice dinner, but instead we ended up eating dust—literally. It seemed like our place setting had been on the table since they opened. You could literally write your name in the dust on the glassware, plates, and silverware. It was the worst experience, and I'm extremely disappointed.

So for a special occasion this time and it was nice. Prices are still the prices but the quality was mostly what you would expect. Both lobster tails were slightly under cooked but filet spot on. Lobster Mac and Cheese very good. We would come back. I like the location and the parking garage. Not too hard to get into and out of quickly. George was very attentive. View menu

The food was delicious and offered great value during peak hours! My drink orders were forgotten twice, but overall, the service was quite good. I was informed that since the meat portion is 170g, I would need to pay for a larger size; however, there are alternative menu options, and for many Japanese diners, 170g is more than sufficient. I also really enjoyed the birthday performance.

We love Ruth's Chris. This place is such an experience, and it is always such a treat. Came here during our honeymoon (my husband's first time eating here), and he already wants to come back before we leave the islands! Our server and busser were both so pleasant. And the quiet was a real pleasure after the constant noise and overload of Waikiki. From the bread to the steak to the special treat dessert, we loved every second. It was heaven!
