"The food quality is still outstanding. And I have to commend the Manager (clean cut guy with the green tie). We enter up with a sever that would have been an average Olive Garden server… but definitely should not be at this 5-star. Got the drink order late… messed up the appetizer order… got the filet order wrong… never brought the glass of wine (but had it on the bill)…only came back to the table once…. If it wasn’t for the manager who was on constant patrol checking on customers we would have sat there. He personally placed the order for the correct steak and delivered it to our table. A mediocre server in a 5-star turns it into a 3-star. But don’t let our single experience stop you. I doubt this server will still be there in the very near future. The manager (Maitre’ D) apologized for this server several times and I’m sure he won’t let this happen again. He was outstanding and the food here is always fantastic."

Great dining experience, however not a fan of having to walk at night around the corner alley way to retrieve my car from valet. The valet attendant was very nice and helped me initially not have to walk in the rain but after dinner when it's dark be aware of that walk. (not far but still an alley an dark for my individuals walking alone and females especially) View menu

Food was delicious! I have enjoyed ruth chris these last few visits. This one was no different except that we did the dining room instead of happy hour. Our waitress (and all of the staff) talked very low. Hard to hear. Our waitress must have been new as I don't feel that it was a super enjoyable experience in the dining room. I found her hard to find and always missing. My observation was that the other servers were always present and attending to their tables. We had the same... but less. (if that makes sense). Overall it was a good time, I would just look for a different server next time.

We went to Ruth Chris for our anniversary and we were seated in a separate room from everyone else in the restaurant. Yes our order was taken the food was delicious but we felt as though we were forgotten. The waiter stopped by once after the food was delivered. I would have liked a drink refill during dinner but we couldn't get the waiters attention. It wasn't until dessert was served that I received my drink. We have been to this location before and never had an issues. I believe all of our issues were due to where we were seated. If this was our first time there, we definitely would not be going back.
