"Excellent pizza and not unreasonable priced, but beware that the storefront is almost impossible to see from the road or even the parking lot if you're going for the first time. Ordering from their website was a confusing mess and we just ended up calling our order in because we weren't sure what was going on with our cart or our order. The staff was friendly and helpful and when we got there for our pickup we found out that we got some free sodas with our order that we didn't know about from the site, so that was a pleasant surprise that mollified our frustration with the bad online experience we'd had online earlier."

A family is celebrating 20 years in Richmond! The pizza and pasta are a must-try. The pizza crust and pasta sauces are incredibly flavorful!

Pasta dishes are delicious, I tried several, but the latest order was the Linguine Verde and it was great. Food comes fast and super hot, tried the other order that the ribs were and they were also fantastic. I definitely recommend them! View menu

Things have changed in a few short years. It started out as my go-to order restaurant for when I needed a decent meal (cancer patient, chemo). But the quality isn't the same. You literally have to be on top of your order, or you'll get shortchanged. Forme, it just isn't worth the money anymore.

Great customer service and fantastic tasting pizza!! What I notice from other pizza places they take forever to answer the phone and the people are rude. But SAN FRAN PIZZA by far the BEST place me and my family came across. The pizza is sooo good andi thank you guys for having great workers with positive attitudes!!

My husband and I enjoy SF Pizza more than any other nearby chain because they offer a wide variety of flavors. When we ordered the Chicken Extravaganza pizza for some family visiting the city, they loved it! The pizza was packed with flavor! While everyone is entitled to their opinions, I believe the reviews aren’t quite fair, so I wanted to share my own! View menu

I had a wonderful experience at San Fran Pizza! The customer service was excellent, and the pizza was fantastic. Unlike other pizzerias that take ages to answer the phone and have rude staff, San Fran Pizza stood out. My family and I truly believe it's the best place we've visited. The pizza is incredibly delicious, and I'm grateful for the hardworking team with such positive attitudes! Thank you!

This place opened up when I was about 10 years old, and it's been my favorite pizza place ever since. I absolutely LOVE the tomato sauce they use for their pizzas, as well as the spice of the pepperoni and canadian bacon. Originally, you used to get their giant pizza for $12, which wasn't bad. I think lately it's gone up to like, $15, but still, not a bad amount of pizza. The food itself is great, the people who serve you are amazing, however the scheme inside the restaraunt is pretty boring. Great place though, order from here whenever I can.

"I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I have to say I was very disappointed in my dining experience at Adarra. It’s difficult to get a reservation there, so once I was able to, I had extremely high expectations. The drinks were excellent, so no complaints there. The food, however, was not. We ordered the toasted almonds, peppers, cheese plate, tuna belly, anchovy dish, tomato salad, and gnocchi. The almonds and peppers were good, although I have to say they were on the simpler side. The tuna belly made me think I was eating quality tuna from a can soaked in olive oil. That’s the best way I can describe it. It was a bit tough and on the dry side, and I didn’t finish it. I don’t usually eat anchovies since I’m not a fan of the typical fishy taste, but was assured that their version wasn’t fishy at all the way they prepare it. I ate a piece or two but couldn’t finish it. Soaking the anchovies in olive oil did not hide the fishy taste. Some people may like that fishy taste, but I definitely didn’t. The cheese plate was okay. The crackers weren’t anything special, and the amount of cheese was pretty minuscule. The tomato salad was actually the only thing I ordered that was delicious, and the only thing we actually finished. After being at the restaurant for almost two hours, the gnocchi had still not come out. We told our waitress we didn’t want it and decided to leave. I heard so many great things about Adarra and had such high hopes. But after such a disappointing meal that we paid over $200 for, we will not be returning."
