"This was our second time visiting. We had great apps, the shrimp and eggplant, hearty portions for four to share. The pizza, pork chop and carbonara were tasty. My bucatini nera alla calamari was disappointing though, fishy tasting and waaayyy over-peppered. Also, my bucatini seemed like the same exact pasta as the spaghetti in the carbonara. It wasn't hollow. This was my second time eating here and I tried something new with this pasta dish so I will avoid it next time. The views and cocktails and service are good here. The menu has great choices, but also some misses. It's very dark inside and also gets loud, but I enjoyed most of the dishes and will be back."

What a gem! Rooftop views of downtown San Diego and the harbor to die for. Beautiful Italian theme/ambiance. Wonderful service. Delicious food and drinks. The drinks were just a tad small for almost $20/each. A spectacular overall experience, would definitely come back.

They seated us at the best table for our anniversary! We enjoyed the charcuterie tower, which was fantastic! We also shared the meatball pizza, and it was absolutely delicious! The restaurant is beautiful, the food is outstanding, and the ambiance gets a perfect 10 out of 10!

I love seneca, they accommodated me so well i love the 80’s music all the trees the stars entrance as well whoever gave the idea for plants and the star ceiling and ocean shell water pitchers are a genius so unique customer service is amazing they always customize my reservations and show me love in abundance. I visited this restaurant for the first time to celebrate my birthday, and it was an incredible experience. I made an online reservation and requested a nice view, mentioning it was my birthday, and they provided us with the best view possible. The food was delicious and came out promptly. I will definitely return! It’s also a great place for taking pictures, even in the bathroom! I highly recommend it.

Dining here is always a fantastic experience! I tried the calzone, and it was delicious! The persimmon salad is also incredible! The bolognese was outstanding! The drinks and dessert were top-notch as well, with the lemon butter cake being my favorite. There were six of us, and we enjoyed a salad, a pizza, a calzone, a pasta dish, and three desserts. Everyone was so happy with their meals! Plus, the ambiance was delightful!
