"This is what exceptional service looks like! Even before we were fully settled, three different people offered us coffee, and they kept bringing refills throughout our meal. It’s the little touches that really make a difference. Jonathan made us feel completely at home, and the hostess was fantastic—she really knows how to manage things. Yesterday was Medical Monday, and on the way to Kit Dwight's 9:00 AM appointment, she received a call from the office asking to reschedule it to 11:15. So, we adjusted our plans and decided to have breakfast first along with a few supplies. We stopped at a restaurant and enjoyed a nice meal. Kit ordered two eggs, two pieces of bacon, and two pancakes, while I opted for my usual breakfast sandwich with roasted eggs, pork roll, jalapeño paprika, cheese, and a side of hash browns.
