This place is so cozy with perfect lighting. The wood fired pita with whipped butter and honey was so yummy. The steelhead trout was cooked perfectly with asparagus and basmati rice. Turkish panacotta was also yummy! Only open for dinner, so a definite must try!

Highly recommend. The food was phenomenal. I had the Brussels sprouts, mushroom pasta and chocolate lavender pots de crème. The pasta was unbelievably good and the mushrooms had so much flavor. The service and hospitality was also impressive. They were kind and thoughtful not just to me but with the other people sitting at the bar.

Super cozy. The menu is well thought out. The preparation and presentation were superb. I didn’t realize until later but everything I ordered was vegetarian and it was amazing. My friends both ordered the schnitzel. They loved it. Cocktails were divine. Would love to see a few more options for wine by the glass. Overall, highly recommended. View menu

really very impressed with our experience here. everything was perfect! we were allowed to sit anywhere we liked, service was impeccable, courses came out promptly. everything tasted amazing. only thing i’d say … the pork was very very bacony. less like a regular pork chop cooked on a stove (as it was cooked over fire. would recommend if you can handle the strong taste. otherwise the chicken entree is amazing! definitely the highlight of our trip upstate. will definitely be back!

Delicious! The wood fired pita and whipped butter is packed full of gluttony topped with some honey and sugar. Never thought I would just want to eat butter straight but Silvia’s changed my mind. The cucumber mignonette is superb — what an enjoyable change to the typical mignonette making it super refreshing and delightful. The trout and the duck were equally amazing in their own right. This is the place to be and the be seen if in Woodstock. Don’t forget to order the whipped butter

My wife took me for a romantic getaway today to Woodstock we were looking for a restaurant for dinner. We decided to eat at Sylvias. I'm a steak lover I ordered the aged grass fed ribeye steak medium well. I must say the steak at Sylvias is the BEST ribeye steak that I've ever had in my entire life.
