food was mediocre at best, do not order the steak. service is extremely slow...like all of grand cascades. the best item on the menu is the fresh mozzarella.

Ordered meals only to be told they were sold out of our choices. Ordered again-food was horrible. Served warm cocktails had to ask for ice to chill ourselves. We would have been better off skipping a meal.

It was good. It was nothing out of this world. Had I not been staying at the Grand Cascades Lodge I wouldn’t have gone here. The prices are a little high but so is the Hotel prices, for a casual date it’s a good spot

eating and ambiente were good, but the service was absolutely terrible. the server has not checked at all on the table, we had to ask three times for water before we finally got it. I could understand if the restaurant was busy, but there were several empty tables. we will not go back.

Ambience is very nice. There is an outdoor patio-seating is weather dependent. The food was good-ordered the mozzarella-which was a little dry. The food wasn't good this time. My daughter and I were both sick after that. $18 for a pizza that tastes like the tomatoes was washed in bleach. My lamb was dry and well cooked. You really need to find a real cook and a better green food. The food ideas sound great. It's just so bland and lifeless. You always have something on the menu that is not available. This time it was the octopus. The location is basically a hallway. At the end of the meal asked for a port. They gave me a glass of wine. I don't think they understand what a glass port is. Really an epic mistake.

I was very skeptical food here our first night because I read the reviews and they were real problems that happened to these customers. Based on my experience, there seems to have been some sort of change in administration or operations, because we had a wonderful time here. First, the manager was able to adapt the seats for our party, which was not a simple request. Secondly, the waiter was very attentive, polite and knowledgeable. Finally, the food was delicious, my steak was perfect, the octopus was fresh and even the duck was great and that was a hard one to get down, so two thumbs up?.

We just had a dinner at the Spring Bistro of Crystal Springs Resort. I didn't know this place and had no time to review the reviews, so I ordered the dishes that you can't go wrong with, the salad and the margaritas pizza (usually I am more about fine dinning dishes. My friend ordered a pizza and the new York Strip Steak. The salad price was $17 and it was oversalted, had no vegetables in it except salad, baby green (no tomatoes, cucumbers, etc., treetops and cheese. It was insensitive as it was not washed while a sandy texture on my teeth. I had to send it back, but they still wanted to charge us. My friend also had a bad experience with his $48 steak.
