"My visit to this restaurant left much to be desired. A woman with red hair prepared my sandwich, but I noticed her touching her soiled face mask just before handling my food. While making the sandwich, some bacon fell onto the counter, and instead of discarding it, she picked it up and put it back in. The end result was a messy sandwich that fell apart as I tried to eat it. I've never experienced anything like this at a Subway before."

I ordered food through DoorDash, but they delivered the wrong order. When I tried to reorder, they declined my request. This is not a good way to manage a business. They could learn a thing or two about customer service from the Subway on 291 SE Highway.

I truly value the healthy options available at Subway. The food is consistently fresh and flavorful. I also appreciate how quickly I can get my meal, which makes it a convenient choice for me. The gentleman I encountered seemed to be dealing with some sort of issue. I immediately sensed a negative vibe. I waited for a while for him to leave his booth and assist me, but he took his time getting prepared. I considered asking if something was wrong, but based on my customer service experience, the atmosphere felt quite uncomfortable. So, I ultimately chose to turn around and leave.
