Taco Bell - Menu

We use the drive thru. Someone is usually at the menu board and takes your order before hand and gets customers more quickly thru to the driveup window.

7 cars in drive thru when I pulled up. Been sitting here 40 minutes now. Still haven't made it to the window. Can't drive off due to design of drive thru.

I went through the drive through and they served me a rock and another time for dinner they served a long blond hair in my food yuck every time I think of Taco Bell I think of that and gag View menu

I was disappointed with my $6 cheesy gordita crunch yesterday. I've had better experiences there in the past, but they completely messed up my order this time. I won't be using the drive-thru again without checking my order first. I also tried to call them, but no one picked up.

Great service this visit. Nice to custom order a Chalupa that I really enjoyed. Since I have medical issues and limited on things I can eat without getting sick I am very happy. If your smart with your money Taco Bell has some really good deals. 2 people can eat very well for under $10.00 Thank you for the great service 2/12/22 9pm. You know who you are!!!

Too many of there employees are rude and condescending, I once frequented this location but no more. Skinny, goth, emo pale white girl was rude during my order and enough is enough, partner her with a few other rude females taking your order and they are mean/negative all day everyday. It seems like they can never get an order right for some reason. If I order something without lettuce, I always get lettuce... every single time. I wanted to get a classic Ground Beef Burrito. Remember those? A nice soft tortilla, filled with plenty of meat and cheese, and onions if you wanted. The guy didn't understand, so he took a different burrito and removed everything except the beef. What I ended up with was basically a tortilla with a tiny amount of meat inside. It looked like something you'd find at a gas station. I couldn't help but laugh when I picked up the burrito from the bag; it felt like I was holding an empty tortilla. Taco Bell serves food that is consistently decent, but this visit didn't go as smoothly. My order was incorrect, and I went home feeling hungry, so that's a couple of stars lost. I can't be too hard on the staff since they're making less than $15 an hour, so their motivation might be limited, especially with no benefits and no tips due to corporate policies. I ordered a dozen Soft Taco Supremes, but instead, I received a mix of burritos and non-Supreme tacos, none of which were soft. I called to inform them of the mistake and left a message on their answering machine. I ended up driving back, and they did correct my order, but it wasn't a complicated one to begin with.
