"Yet again. I sit there for 25 minutes. We get seated, no one comes by. We waive at servers (who aren?t busy) but yet no one comes. I tell the hostess who tells a server. Again, no one serves us. This literally happens 90% of the time I go to taco Mac.They have good (A- to B+)food but the absolute worst service of any restaurant on earth. Every. single. time. Do You self afavor go somewhere else. We were there on a Saturday college football game day and there were less than 30 people in the entirerestaurant. As other reviews say it?s just a matter of time until this place is gone. Good riddance. Less than a mile away isWild Wings Cafe. Go there?.seriously?."

Friendly environment. Mid range like Chili's. Their thing is having hundred of beers to try, otherwise it's bar food, wings and burgers and such. Don't go for the food, go for the beer. If you and your friends are feeling rowdy it's perfect.

The chicken wings were fresh and I absolutely loved the beer selection and the crispy Brussel sprouts. Come on, admit it. It 's not easy to make Brussel sprouts taste good! That being said, the 'Hot ' Buffalo sauce really wasn 't hot. And it was more salty than buttery.I would come back to have another beer and try some of the other sauces though...

The food, service, and overall experience are all a perfect 10/10. It's incredibly child-friendly! My family and I visit almost every weekend. We often opt to sit outside with our little puppy. The servers are very attentive and hardworking, especially Micheal! Our meals arrive quickly, and the atmosphere is super welcoming and safe, all while serving delicious food.

The service was just average. As a newcomer to the area, I was in the mood for tacos, but this place feels more like a Buffalo Wild Wings than a taco joint. The tacos I tried were decent, but nothing extraordinary. A few days later, I ordered wings and really enjoyed them. I also sampled the steak and cheese and found it to be okay, but it wasn't compelling enough for a return visit. View menu

I have never had such horrible service before. It wasn’t like they were overly crowded or short staffed. Our waiter served us cold food and then disappeared on us. We sat for 30 minutes with him walking by and purposely refusing to look at our table. We ended up having to get someone else to assist us in the check. Sad too because we genuinely always tip 25-30% and always try to understand slow service. But not this time. We will not be back.

I've visited this Taco Mac several times because the food is quite good and reasonably priced. Most of the staff are friendly; however, there's one bartender who is consistently short and rude with me. I've noticed her glaring at me a few times when I've made simple requests, like asking for cutlery. I understand that it's busy and that you're understaffed, which can be stressful. However, a smile would go a long way in making the experience more pleasant.

Pro: many screens. Staff found my game. Price appropriate for wings, but you get what you pay in quality. Cons: Food quality fair. Service badly fair. Missed half of the food order on only two articles. Replacement order lasted 20 minutes, arrived cold. Both instances had to alert them to the server. Pretzel-Bits nuked but shortened to order of original. Bill didn't come served for articles at no cost. This is NOT the best wings in town. Far from it. Recommendation is to find an alternative restaurant. My rating is 1.5 stars. View menu

We had a party of 7 come in and were welcomed with attitude. When waiters were asked to take us they all said no except for one waitress. When we were finally seated they sat us on one small table top. We asked to put together two tables and we’re told no. The table sat empty next to us the whole time. The service took so long that we were there for two hours. I was extremely disappointed with the way we were treated by the staff. The only reason why I am giving two stars is because the food was good and the waitress was trying her best.

The hostess working Friday Oct 7 around 10 had such a terrible attitude. Not the first interaction you want walking into an establishment. She got upset when we requested a booth because most booths were dirty. She sent us to wait by the door while she cleaned one for us and less than a minute later snapped at us to follow her to a table. Didn't bother cleaning a booth. The table she sat us at had one pack of utensils... Dirty utensils, which we discovered once we went to use them for our meal... It took 20 minutes to get one beer. Food overall was good. But this place has definitely gone downhill. Our waitress was nice and checked in on us several times.

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bang Bang Katsu House, and I must say, it was a great experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles from the staff, creating an inviting atmosphere. The restaurant's interior is modern and stylish and the decor of its cafe side of the restaurant was very instagrammable worthy with the floral wall. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the katsu dishes. Bang Bang Katsu House specializes in this Japanese comfort food, and their expertise shines through in each bite. The menu offers a wide variety of katsu options, rice bowls, and ramen. For the table, my wife and I shared the bulgogi rice bowl, pork katsu, and tonkotsu ramen. The tonkatsu was cooked to perfection, tender on the inside with a golden-brown crust that gave a satisfying crunch. The bulgogi rice bowl had a nice balance of veggies, meat and rice. The ramen was just okay, but it was still delicious and satisfied our cravings. The service at Bang Bang Katsu House was impeccable. The waitstaff was attentive and knowledgeable, readily offering recommendations and ensuring that everything was up to par. The food arrived promptly, and the presentation was eye-catching.To top off the amazing meal, the dessert menu next door (Cafe Bora) featured some tempting options. I couldn't resist ordering the Purple Yam snow ball and it was the perfect ending to our dinner. My wife had the Taro Milk Tea and she also enjoyed it.Overall, my experience at Bang Bang Katsu House was exceptional. The combination of flavorful katsu dishes, attentive service, and inviting atmosphere made it an unforgettable dining experience while visiting Alpharetta. Whether you are a fan of Japanese cuisine or simply looking for a quick meal, Bang Bang Katsu House is a must-visit restaurant."
