"When I first visited Charleston, my wife had planned several restaurants to look at the local offers. We had planned a dinner in a delicious restaurant in downtown Charleston. We had a big day, and just decided to cancel these reservations eating somewhere nearby and keeping it easy. We noticed taste of India the day before, so we decided to check it. And we're so glad we made it! The food, the service, everything was exemplary. I'm just sorry we didn't have time to come back and try their daily buffet. We recommend this restaurant, especially if you enjoy Indian cuisine. Thank you for a nice time taste of India."

Best restaurant in Charleston. We're eating regularly on Uber. I can't believe that someone could rate this place less than 5 stars, but after reading the reviews, none of them commented on the quality of food. Good food is worth waiting! View menu

We were there for a vacation and craving for Indian food and we found this place. Great place for big party. Lady owner was very nice and food is really good and portions were huge. I'd go back there when I visited Charleston again. only down they needed to get CLOTH napkin since its fining dinning. I'll see you again.

If you ever long for Indian food, this can be your place!! They only run the buffet on Sundays, where you taste in salads, 4-5 different curries such as Palak Diserererer, kadi pakoda, channa masala, baingan bartha, which you can eat with simple Basmathi rice or roti and puri. After the main course you can get Gulab Jamuns and kheer. All this in $14. Don't forget that you didn't eat.

They run buffet only Sundays where in you get to taste salads, 4-5 different curries like Palak paneer, kadi pakoda, channa masala, baingan bartha which you can eat with plain Basmathi rice or roti and puri. Great service and food. We had a big party and sat right away for early lunch. Our drinks and appetizers came fast. Our servers have checked for us several times. Our Gulab Jamun was served warm, which was a treat. The only reason I don't give him five stars is cleanliness. The dining room was nice, but the tile area that led to the toilets was sticky and there was an unpleasant smell. The tile floor in the living room is unusual and beautiful.

I wish I could rate negative. Worst customer service, depending on where I come from. It seems that the owner has done customer service that knows nothing about it and only knows how to annoy people. She has to learn a few manners first. She constantly tried to take orders and remove records, gave orders to take cutlery first and when she can take the plates in a rude manner. When we tried to communicate to her, she was sarcastic and arrogant. The food was on average with a lot of food color and a lot of salt.
