"A carnivore's delight! The salad bar was a good starter, with our party being careful to save room for the meat. A variety of rare to well-done meat was frequently offered in this well-organized restaurant. The meat was very good, overall, but the parmesan pork roast was dry and tough. Lobster bisque soup was so delicious, but the scalloped potatoes were more like cheese soup with sliced pre-cooked potatoes. For that reason, that dish disappointed. Desserts (coconut pie and key lime pie were delicious. Although a very noisy place, we had a good meal and enjoyed this popular restaurant in Carlsbad Mall."

Wonderful. The only negative is it in a mall. Ppl are directly opposite your window seat in Forever 21. All the other Texas de Brazil’s I had were independent restaurants. Food was amazing. Service was excellent.

We love coming here. Food is amazing. Ambiance is always great. Service is good. Only subpar experience are the hostesses…they’re not rude, but more only just barely friendly. But I don’t go for them, I go for the food lol. View menu

It was our first time there and the food was very good. We have learned to ask for lesser meat. Some of the first ones we received were better done. I also had to pay attention to the Fillet and New York steaks because they use a lot of pepper in the season. Pepper burns my mouth and then I can't taste things very well. The Gauchos were very nice and helpful and our waitress was very attentive. Everywhere we had a very nice evening!

the service was great, especially our server diego of sao paulo. eating was great as always. my Brazilian guests told me they felt like they were back home in brasil (bahia.) they say they will return, although it is a long journey for them. please try to find another TdB restaurant in the central sd county, maybe mission valley. the location carlsbad is too far for most inhabitants of sd county. it is like the northwest corner, with the ozean and camp pendleton in the west and north. maybe fashion valley or utc?
