We are huge fans of The Cheesecake Factory! We've been to multiple locations, and each one offers incredible food, irresistible cheesecakes, and superb cocktails. The service is excellent, and the staff is consistently friendly. Thank you to everyone!

The service was exceptional and incredibly attentive. I especially loved the fried fish tacos, which came with Mexican spiced rice and robust black beans. My wife really enjoyed the chicken Madera. They also have an extensive variety of cheesecakes and a few other dessert options.

I had a wonderful experience at The Cheesecake Factory, but I encountered a problem with the manager. I'm lowering my rating by one star due to the manager's rudeness towards me and my party, which overshadowed our otherwise enjoyable visit. However, the reception staff were fantastic! As a vegetarian, I sought the waiter’s recommendations, and he suggested the salad, pizza, and zucchini fries as appetizers. They were all delicious! The service was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend that vegetarians try the cheesecake; it’s not just a dessert, it’s truly something special that goes beyond ordinary cakes!

I had an amazing dining experience at The Cheesecake Factory in Natick tonight. The food was expertly crafted and exceeded my expectations. Our server, Jessica, was outstanding—she was both friendly and attentive. Even though the restaurant was crowded, the service was efficient, creating a wonderful ambiance. I also grabbed some cheesecake to take home, and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant!

My husband and I went a couple of weeks ago. We started off with a bread basket. The brown bread was delicious and both were slightly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. For my entree, I got the Steak Diane and Chicken Madeira. I'm usually not one for mushrooms but they made me LOVE them. The steak was cooked perfectly and the chicken was flavorful. We went to The Cheesecake Factory for lunch right at opening and had an amazing experience. We sat at the bar since it was just the two of us, and even though it was quiet, the staff was attentive and welcoming. The food was absolutely fantastic for a chain, and the place was impressively clean. I overheard a thoughtful conversation between the manager and bartender about ways to improve service during busy times—it was great to see that kind of proactive teamwork in action. First time in a while we visited Cheesecake. Stopped in on a weekend after shopping. Management, Dara, at the door was very welcoming and upbeat. It set a tone for an awesome experience. Our server, forgot his name, was a 11 year vet and was the best. Knew how to provide great service and make for good conversation. He answered all our needs, pre-bussed the table and was never overbearing. Kudos to him, for real! Food was fresh and the hot food was hot and cold food cold. Best part was the salad plates were not warm from sitting in the window. The only downside for me was the lack of GF items outside of a burger. I’ve had them prior BUT the buns fall apart easily. Truffle Honey Chicken is Chef’s Kiss. So glad I picked this item! These flavors alone are not very common and together they taste like heaven. The fried chicken was absolutely scrumptious. I gave all my friends a piece to try but I selfishly wanted to keep it all to myself! Ordered gravy on the side which I don’t regret because there’s no “truffle honey” sauce or anything to cover the potatoes. I think the potatoes were tolerable without gravy, but it always bothers me when restaurants don’t serve their potatoes with gravy.
