"my wife and I were often in arlo in soho and have really enjoyed our stays in general. But this time there was an incident that really destroyed the trip. in the first night we went to the restaurant, lindens, and were in the bar relaxing and with an appetizer. the drinks and eating were good, but there were two women sitting at the bar less than ten feet away, which made the experience unbearable. they spoke loudly what was good, but then they suddenly break up with screaming laughing or screaming, and it was literally anxious, and that happened many, often throughout the time we were there, and that was early in the evening and the bar was not even full. we complained to a manager who immediately spoke to one of the women and asked them to shorten it. they were still as loud as before. After I continued to suffer, I found a manager matt and spoke to him. I explained the situation and said that we try to relax and enjoy ourselves, and these two women made it impossible. he replied that they were trying to enjoy themselves, and I could not believe his answer. If they look at the menu of lindens, it seems that they try to be higher and thus you would expect a better environment. the manager to insult me in principle after a reasonable complaining was really unacceptable. we then talked to a director called anthony, who was more konsiliatiw and apologised, but still did not change anything. After this night we did not go to the restaurant or into the bar for the duration of our stay, and it really made a bad impression on us. As I mentioned earlier, we were always in arlo, but we were very disappointed by this incident."

Nice people. Modern design. Tiny tiny rooms. Comfortable for a solo traveler, challenging with two people.

Perfection in a tiny package. Rooms are minimalist but have everything one could need. Common areas are beautiful and spacious. Attention to detail is evident throughout. The rooftop bar and staff are incredible. Linden's offers the best food and service. Six stars!

I loved practically everything in the hotel. modern facilities, spacious rooms with a very good bathroom, elegant design and beautiful view. also the neighborhood is one of the best in manhattan with just a little walk away to tribeca, greenwich and soho. next time in ny I will stay there again.

what started as a funny weekend away, has become an almost two weeks headache due to lack of reaction and care of hotel management to ask the double charge for parking service and the actual money that was held in a safe place was stolen by my vehicle. I can believe that this happens to any other garage in the city, but by a hotel that calculates $140 per night to the parking space? unacceptable and absolutely frustrating! View menu

Rooms were small. A few times we requested things such as extra towels and they said they would bring them but they never did. We were told our bags would be brought up to the room but they weren't. I had to go back downstairs and find them. The rooms were smaller than I feel the picture shows, at least the king rooms. There is no private bathroom in the room. Windows weren't sound proofed, could here traffic all night.Everything else was fine.

I was relatiw satisfied with my experience until I had gone and reviewed my bank account to see that total $350 of my account in steps over the duration of our stay, although my friend and I were paid in advance for our stay. When I asked for what had happened, I was told that there was a “glitter” and I would get my money back after some time. I am currently on the move and cannot afford to lose this money for any amount of time. I was offered absolutely no apologies or apologies by the hotel as they could not understand how this was a problem.

This hotel is absolute perfection! The common areas in the lobby and work space are beautiful and clean. The restaurant is delish as well and their bar is the perfect stop for a quick cocktail or a date!I felt very welcomed and accommodated by their staff, especially Shanely! She got us a perfect room facing the city and even upgraded us to a king bed. Our stay was 10/10 because of her! Although the rooms are a little small, the space is utilized well and perfect for 2 people. Cozy is probably a better adjective to use! ;)We will absolutely be coming back on our next trip! Thank you for everything Arlo Soho! View menu

A very strange hotel. It sells itself as a boutique experience, but under delivers.A reserved a room with a terrace. The rooms themselves are quite small, but what is really strange are thr design choices. Showers are oddly positioned so as to flood the bathroom floor, for instance. The bed was a Murphy Bed...not exactly uncomfortable...but definitely not luxurious or overly comfy either. It is a strange choice as I'm not sure how many people would choose to lift the bed...after all there is no furniture to lounge with a group if you did. Finally, on my floor the hallway was filled with room service trolleys. Again, a strange way to great guests as they exit the elevators.

Terrible stay, nothing worked, except for the ultra friendly staff. We arrived, the room we booked, separate twin beds, was not available, they offered us to stay instead on a horrible bunk bed corner room option, which literally had the sink next to the beds. When we refused, they found a normal room with a double bed, despite we were not a couple and the room was less spacious as the one we booked. They offered a miserable discount and some coupon for drinks. The longer we stayed, the more things we noticed they didn’t work, phone in the room to call reception, remote control, window blinds control. Cleaning service never cleaned the room, after complaining several times, they just threw m...

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
