"I don 't often write reviews but if I can prevent another guest from spending a ridiculous amount of money on a buffet that was insultingly bad I want to. The even is in an events space that looks like a YMCA. It wouldn 't be so bad if the rest of the hotel wasn 't so luxurious. It felt like they were putting you in a broom closet. The host sad that we could only have one rose for the mother however there was 3 generations of mothers present to celebrate so we had to decide which was worthy of it i guess. The food that should have been warm was cold and the food that should have been cold was hot. Very very limited selection. There was no salad bar or fresh veggies, instead warm wilted lettuces drenched in dressing was in small bowls for you to take. The drinks were mostly fruit juice with a splash of bottom budget champagne that they were serving. So very disappointing for a Mothers Day which I had hoped to give my family a nice and memorable experience and instead we remembered it because it was so bottom basement. Next time we will be going to the Ritz or Four seasons."

It’s the second year my wife and I go there and it’s always an amazing experience, great atmosphere, ambience and fantastic band. Angel (Angelo) waitered our table last year and this year and he’s fenomenal, extraordinary.

now called the burger bar, this is really just a place for parents to take their children in a high-end hotel so they can get some comfort. I ordered the higher endbeef and got something that was a little less interesting than burger flick. with a few diet pepsis the bill was about $40. mmmhmmm. $40.

Prices are to expensive for the food quality and choices. There were not many choices for meats, no breakfast options and the bottomless rose and sparkling champagne were very low quality. The service, staff and ambience were excellent. Brunch at the Biltmore or Prime Fish cost the same but have much better options and food quality.

We were very disappointed with the food and the quality. The food was not labeled properly and we ended up eating pork which wasn’t listed under the soup description. We asked several attendants and they said all the ingredients are there. Once we confirmed with chef we found out it had pork. We were completely disappointed as we all ate it. the ambiente is dark and subtle, the music is coupled in and sounds like melodies from the 70s and otherwise not describing, the waiting staff is very courteous and extremely friendly. eating needs a serious cpr. the Butternuss quash soup lacks every taste and the pumpkin seeds are not roasted enough and are more distracting than pleasant. a little sherry and a little salt would revive it. the fruit tomato and burrata salat was a lack of the truffle had no taste. they get the bases right, but the finishing touches are missing.
