"I wanted to share a positive experience I had at this restaurant. I accidentally left an important item on their patio and didn't realize it until a couple of hours later. Since we were on a road trip, I couldn't return to retrieve it until the next day. I reached out to their central call center, which promptly informed the restaurant. The manager ensured that my item was kept safe for me. I'm incredibly grateful to all the employees here for their help—it was such a relief! Thank you!"

Santa Barbaran Burger is fantastic! Very similar to Cocos California Burger, the avocado takes to another level. Your fries are also very good!

It's good and everything, but I ordered over $40 worth of food and I ask for 4 ranchs I think it's reasonable, but she gave me only two ranches I don't think is fair.

The food was good, but I ordered over $40 worth of items and requested four ranch dressings, which I believe is reasonable. However, they only provided me with two, and I don't think that's fair.

This is one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I have ever visited in CA. Oh! One more thing, In N Out has nothing compare to the deliciousness of their Burgers. Try it, I promise you will love it! View menu

I heard so many things about this place and finally I got to stop by and check it out... The burger I had was delicious and messy (the way I like it) and the strawberry lemonade was awesome! This is definitely a go-to if you're in the mood for a burger whether on the go or to dine in. Great job guys!!!

On a different note, we asked him to clean up a table, which he did, but he left it completely wet. Overall, the service, especially from the manager, was disappointing. The food is fantastic, so I don't want to take away from that. Next time, I'll be sure to call ahead for service before making another payment. View menu

Compared to other burger joints in the area, this one is probably the best one on all of Day Street. Very quick service, priced reasonably well and the food hits it out of the park! The fries are crispy, salty but not overly salty and the charburgers are just great! In n Out needs to take a few lessons from these guys!

The experience was quite lackluster. I ordered the #1 burger combo, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The edges of the bun were dry, the meat lacked seasoning, and while the fries were served hot, they needed salt and weren’t crispy. At over $12, it didn’t feel worth it to return. However, the guy at the window was very friendly, which was a nice touch.

"**Value (4/5)**: While it is a bit pricey for what you get, they don't skimp on the ingredients. The appearance can be misleading; two savory crepes filled us up for hours (I even skipped dinner that evening). My husband and I consider ourselves to have a healthy appetite. We didn’t order any soup, but based on Yelpers' photos and comments, it doesn't seem like a good value for the price. **Food (5/5)**: We tried two savory crepes, Raphael's and L'France. The details are below, but wow, they were really impressive and now I’m curious to try their other offerings! - **Raphael's Crepe (savory)**: As another reviewer noted, it really does taste like a Costco chicken bake in crepe form! It’s on the heavier side, filled with creamy goodness, and comes with a surprising kick of spiciness that enhances the flavor. I wholeheartedly recommend this dish! - **L'France (savory)**: This crepe was lighter but still enjoyable. My husband and I agreed that they generously filled it with shrimp, as I had shrimp in almost every bite. Seafood enthusiasts will likely love this dish, though it didn't quite measure up to Raphael's. **Ambiance (2/5)**: The restaurant has a somewhat dated and dusty feel. The decor is dark, the lighting is dim, and overall it feels like it has seen better days. The menu on the wall had prices taped over and wasn’t complete. The absence of music made it easy to hear kitchen noises, and the air inside felt a bit stale. **Service (3/5)**: The service was standard. They took our order, delivered our food, checked in on us once, and presented the check when we were finished. Would we return? Probably, if we're in the area again. I recommend giving it a try if you find yourself nearby!"
