"Whats stated in item descriptions was included. Fry/onion combo claims to come with both ketchup AND ranch, neither came in the bag. Additionally neither the required nor the up charge modifiers where included. Overall it wasnt a very enjoyable meal. The onion rings are previously frozen, not fresh. The French fries had no seasoning on them despite being required to select salt or no salt. The burger was over cooked, yet mushrooms undercooked. Even despite modifier omissions the burger was only a 2 out of 10. Not at all tasty. With all the choices of fast casual burger restaurants in the area this would be one of my last. Sad considering it was my first and only experience with this restaurant."

The Santa Barbara Char was unfortunately drenched in mayo/dressing! However, the onion rings and fries are consistently excellent!

Don't be deceived by the pictures; my burger arrived as a cold, smashed mess with too much mayo, and the fries were burnt. The onion rings lacked any thought in their preparation. I feel like I wasted $30 on this meal.

First of all, the food (burgers) Portabella Char and the BBQ Bacon Char with Cheese below average and dry, flavorless, and just not good. Then, the order took over 1 hour to make, and last they completely forgot parts of my order. I honestly much rather have a McDonalds burger. The Parmesan Garlic Fries were soggy with a few sprinkles of parm cheese, and no garlic flavor. View menu
