"This bar and grill is below average. First, the beer was old or the lines weren't cleaned. No head on the beer indicating the glasses weren't clean and the beer was a bit funky. Then the food, frogs legs were not seasoned, the bacon burger ordered didn't have any bacon, the buffalo chicken wrap didn't have any buffalo sauce on it and the fish special came without any tartar sauce, had to ask for it. It was a mess and the flavor was lacking. The service has to take some hit for getting the orders wrong, no bacon, sweet potato ordered...got sweet potato fries. It was a total mess. The place wasn't even one quarter full. Boring food and boring atmosphere."

This is a very nice restuarant the atmosphere makes you feel like at home. Staff are very friendly and prompt even for a busy Friday night. Food was great and very quick to come out of the kitchen. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good meal.

Food was tasty. Staff shortage meant waiting 40 minutes for a burger, a chicken sandwhich, and very cold sweet potato fries. 20 minutes after finishing our meal to get a to-go box and the check. Our waitress was friendly but not very attentive or present.She welcomed us back but that isn't going to happen... :

It is a small restaurant, but you don't feel crowded. Very calm, low light setting. Waitress was attentive. Food took awhile to come out, but it was good. I ordered the French dip w/ sweet potato fries and my son ordered the ½ lb patty melt w/ fries. Havehad the philly cheese steak before and enjoyed it as well. Would return and recommend. View menu

I would say my experience was just average. The entire restaurant could use a thorough deep cleaning. I found it off-putting that the staff took their breaks and ate right next to me while I was dining. It felt like there was more attention on the employees than on the customers. Additionally, I found the prices a bit steep for what you receive. I don't think I'll be returning for lunch.

Nice place right off Hwy 76 as you enter Newberry. Tiffany, our bartender, was delightful. I met to catch up with a friend from high school. There was much chatter and laughter and Tiffany was skillful at interjecting at just the right moment to check on drinks and readiness to order. Food was good. I had the Shrimp Caesar Wrap with a side of Cole Slaw. Love the decorative heavy rocks glasses. Good onsite parking, too. Huge menu something for everyone!
