"Q- is a nice spot in the Bellaire Whole Foods Shopping Center off Trancas in North Napa. They have a nice interior dining area and when the weather is nice a front patio for outdoor dinning. Unfortunately the front patio is next to parking and there is lots of ambient noise which can drift into that dinning area from the next door yogurt shop and parking lot areas. The Service was attentive and fine. Their Salmon dish SPECIAL was well prepared, saute and delicious. My only gripe was the entree price (which I thought was a bit high at Their Grilled Artichoke with a garlic basting was very tasty. The Baby Back Ribs I ordered (half rack) came with a sizeable amount of Cole Slaw but that is it! (it would be nice to have at least Sides) The ribs were tender and not overly spiced with rub but they did not have a lot of distinctive SMOKE ring flavor. Its almost as if they were par boiled first. Wait staff and owners claim all item are scratch made even their Key Lime Pie (which will have to try another time) I will frequent them again for some of their other BBQ sandwich items, liked pulled pork, etc."

First time here. The food was amazing! Had the Mac n Cheese, so bomb! And the artichoke, OMG, thee best! You have to try it. The onion ring la are delish!

The ribs, brisket and pulled pork are well cooked and flavorful. The fried chicken was very good and crispy without too much coating. Only the bbq chicken breast was overcooked and dry.

Food was fine. It’s Memphis style, so drier meats and less sauce and more dry rub. Sauce options were not explained and most tasted like a vinegar base. Overall a fair meal, and average for BBQ.

Love the food. Waitstaff is friendly, courteous, and efficient. The AC was up too high and I was freezing, but our waiter turned it down. The music is always too loud. However, the good outweighs the problems. Go and enjoy! View menu

The food was delicious! I had the fried chicken I must say this is the crispiest chicken I’ve ever tasted. It was a very comfortable setting. We were visiting. So glad we had this on our list of places to eat. Great experience!

My first time at the Q Restaurant. Ordered the roasted artichoke which was very good, the meat combo and Leslie Rudd Coleslaw. It was the perfect amount of food for two people to share. The atmosphere was very mellow and the staff was attentive but not too much. I will definitely go there more often.
