"We ate there twice while in OBX. Dinners for at the bar. Amazing bartender Matt he is the guy you want to meet and tend to you everywhere. Excellent attention. Our meal the first night was great second night no so much, so mixed reviews on the food. Had to send one entree back stone cold grits under lukewarm fish. But they compted a glass of wine and gave us fries while we waited so forgiven.Nice atmosphere and easy reservations with Open Table. Pricey? Yes, but expected"

Had an amazing waiter named Bryan and the food was very good. The view was spectacular and we felt very safe and separated there for Covid. Incredible fried pickles and chicken sandwiches. service was excellent, and so was the burger. everything else was disappointing (for the 2nd time in order) the steak of my wife was literally 50% fat, and the frit were limp and soggy. the kalamari was so hard to be almost unusable. the key lime cheesecake was actually salty, and good, just not good. we had so many great meals here, but Tuesday night was 10/4 a big farewell.
