"Great BBQ!. I landed in Phoenix around 9am from the East Coast and decided to head to Thee Pitts as my first DDD stop of my vacation. I got the hot open brisket sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy. It was very generously portioned and tasted fantastic. My parents had the pork and slaw sandwiches which were out of this world as well. The service was attentive and the decor of the place was great. Perhaps the best part of my meal was the dough pickles appetizers. They are breaded and fried pickle slivers served with ranch dressing and they were OUT OF THIS WORLD! I definitely recommend trying these when you vist Thee Pitts."

Great food, but we waited 2 hours before being served. Hit it on an off night.

Love the food. Bands are ingenious and I'm going to be alone for the pig again. She also liked her bread pudding. You have to try her food!

Great place for a real barbecue meal and more. The staff is friendly and attentive and the owners are also great people. Love the pulled pig and the portions are very generous. Definitely a place I would recommend to my family and friends.

We arrived right before it was about to close and they still took us in. We ordered the pulled chicken sandwich, pulled pork sandwich, and ribs. All were very tasty. The coleslaw was my only complaint-tasteless. Service was good. Our waitress was nice considering how late we came in.

BBQ Heaven. There are plenty of BBQ's in town, from chains to smalls locals. Forget the chains, and stick with the locals. This local joint, does it right, my second visit, I didi tale-out of the two meat combo, with grilled veggies, and baked beans. The Pulled Pork, and Beef Brisket was tender, and a wonderful BBQ flavor. View menu

If you're a fan of meat, BBQ, and a connoisseur of all things smoked, you won't find a better barbecue in Arizona! Seriously. The meal was incredibly unique with its secret flavors that will leave your taste buds wanting more. Yes, it melts in your mouth! It's cooked to perfection. Just the presentation alone is impressive, elegantly arranged on a tray that can hold 10 pounds of MEAT! I can’t recommend this place enough. Visit now before they close!

What an unexpected leak. Never know where to eat, I put my eyes on BBQ. That was the next house, so here we are. If you are the first thing you notice, the mesquite wood smoke that fills the old diner. We chose the combination plate. Pig meat, chicken and beef, short and baby ribs, cut ham and briquette. We didn't even eat the sides. A few cold beers on tap and a fried twinkly for dessert. I'm so full. We'll share the record. Previously the best BBQ in Phoenix.
