"we have booked for silvestertag 4:30 reservation. we were warmly welcomed and within minutes after sitting came a delicious warm broth basket with olive oil at our table. we quickly swore it and before we could ask more, a fresh batch arrived. I had a godiva chocolate martini that was so good, I had two before the night ended. my man ordered the walleye Piccata special that I suspected was very good because there was no drop on his teller. I ordered the chicken with strawberry, red wobble, red pfefferflakes with a distinctive cream sauce over angel hair. the balance between earthy, swirling and sawn sauce was just perfect. all the aromes were present, but subtle. for dessert we had the mini cannolis. they were freshly served, shaken with a chocolate sauce over the tops; a perfect opportunity to finish a perfect dinner. I would step back if I did not mention our server rosie. she was pleasant, attentive and able to help me choose my escape when I consider 3 different dishes. we had a great culinary experience from beginning to end. the bill was what we expected to have added with 4 drinks, but it was good value. we're back!"

The staff at the restaurant was very friendly and welcoming. They were efficient and worked well together during the busy dinner rush on Friday night. Our server, Melissa, provided excellent service. The food at Ti Almo was delicious as usual. I highly recommend trying the Messacani di Vitello. View menu

We’re just finishing our dinner; ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I had the salmon special over angel hair pasta. We know Scott and eat at Tiamo in Eagle Vail often. Always fabulous! Our server, Penny, was so delightful. The service was quick and professional. Wishing you lots of luck with your new location Scott. We’ll be back soon!

"Tried Crave for the first time on a Sunday night made reservations a few days in advance for our party of eight and they had either 4 PM or 8 PM seating available. So we went with the 8 PM reservation. Although they closed at 9 PM on Sunday when we arrived for the reservation at eight, it was busy and the parking lot barely had any spots available. We were seated immediately and our waitress was very friendly. From all of the reviews, their menu selections, and what I could gather from the talk about town I didn't expect it to be such a fancy place. I'd say it has a casual vibe for a fancy place as in no one was dressed up and it's definitely appropriate for families with kids. It's definitely fancy enough and and appropriate for a special celebration. Our waitress introduced the restaurant as it was our first time and told us about the premium flour used to make fresh pasta so we had high hopes. She also made a big deal about their french fries being really great. I ordered a salad with salmon, other meals at the table were the turkey Reuben, a wedge salad, ribeye steak, pasta with shrimp, mac cheese with french fries, and an Ahi tuna bowl. We ordered the focaccia bread as an app. Since we are all family, I tried a lot of the different dishes. Out of everything ordered, the best of it was the wedge salad and the turkey Reuben sandwich. My salad with salmon was a good choice for a light bite. The salmon was tender and just slightly undercooked, but that's exactly how I like it. The ribeye was very marbled and very difficult to cut. It was either the knife or the meat but I think they just gave us a dull knife because the meat was pretty decent and it wasn't too tough. The pasta with shrimp was my least favorite because it was so oily. I was disappointed since the pasta was supposed to be so good but I couldn't tell if it was any different than any other pasta. Even the mac cheese was not anything special. My children loved the french fries, and raved about them, but the fries didn't excite me. Overall, I'd say that I enjoyed the ambience and the service, but the food wasn't as impressive as I was hoping it would be. As it was hit and miss this time with the food quality we will try again and try different things."
