This restaurant is only four months old. Unfortunately, they don't serve cappuccino. The tables are quite comfortable. I ordered the Minestrone soup, but it resembled canned vegetable soup instead. Delicious! My friends, my husband, and I visited Trattoria Fresco to celebrate our 35th and 45th wedding anniversaries, respectively. The wine, lasagna, and spicy shrimp pasta were incredibly tasty. The creamy, buttery flan dessert was absolutely sinful. This is my favorite restaurant in the Siouxland area. I went with my girlfriends last week, and they all loved it and said they would definitely come back.

This is what an Italian restaurant should be! As soon as I walked in, I felt as if I were in my Italian grandmother's kitchen—if I had one, that is. The atmosphere was cozy, the staff was friendly, and the music made me long for Italy. The food was fantastic. I ordered the lasagna while my wife opted for the ravioli, and we both wanted to lick our plates clean when we were done. This has definitely become my favorite Italian restaurant in Siouxland.
