"The food was good and the atmosphere was fun on trivia night. Then it came time to pay, and our server lost my credit card. She took it from the table, then came back about 5 minutes later and said she couldn 't find it. She and the manager were very apologetic and spent time looking for it, but then they charged us full price for our meal anyway (on a different card). In retrospect, we should have refused to give them another card. You can charge us when you find my credit card is what I should have said. They said they would sweep the building after they closed and give me a call the next day. They never called, and when I called them the person who answered had no idea about what had happened. She said I should call back when the manager was in. They never found it, but luckily no fraudulent charges were ever made (I assume it got thrown away accidentally). It just feels like they failed to take responsibility for the error and provide adequate customer service. I know if I lost someone 's credit card, I would bend over backward to make it right. The staff seemed to care for about 10 minutes then gave up."

Always amazing food! I recently celebrated my anniversary with my husband there. Where we got married (on the barn! So many happy memories and delicious food!

Live music was playing when we got there. Family-friendly place with a nice little menu. We had the wings, which, imo, should have been fried a tad bit more. The French onion soup was top-notch, and I built my own pizza. It was amazing. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stopped in for dinner on the way home and we were NOT disappointed!! Everything was amazing and the portions were great!! I got the crispy orange chicken and loaded mashed and the bf got the campfire pulled pork tacos. Definitely recommend stopping in here!! Came here once for breakfast and was not disappointed then either! Great small town restaurant!!! View menu

The hostess was very pleasant and friendly. We waited for a bit then she offered us to sit on the porch and we decided to go to a regular table or booth. She was very understanding.and then we got seated within ten minutes. The waiter needs to come around to the tables more. He didn't ask if we wanted more drinks . The food was great. Over all it was nice . Service: Dine in

We absolutely love this place! We can't say enough good things about the food, customer service, and cleanliness (the restrooms were spotless and didn't have any unpleasant odors). The menu is fantastic. You simply must try the chicken pliers! Every dish we ordered tasted homemade, not like it came from a truck or was microwaved. We have made this our go-to spot whenever family visits from the city to Maine. Thank you, Tumbledown, for offering a delicious and enjoyable dining experience!

The staff were friendly, but unfortunately, the pizza was disappointing. It was unevenly cooked—half burned and half soggy—filled with bubbles, and it had an overpoweringly salty flavor. I truly don’t want to come across as harsh, but this was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I ended up throwing away a large pizza. Considering the other pizza places in the city, I was shocked at how bad this one was. I regret having to give even one star, but this pizza simply didn't meet any acceptable standard. View menu

The food here is consistently excellent, earning a solid five stars. However, like many places, they may be short-staffed, which can lead to delays in getting your food or drinks. For instance, I ordered a beer as soon as we sat down but didn't receive it until after we had finished our burgers. It's also a good idea to check your bill to ensure you're not charged extra for cheese on a burger, as Cheddar should be included at no additional cost. We have a special fondness for this restaurant and its servers because it holds nostalgic value for us; we had our first breakfast there as a married couple. We've enjoyed everything from the poutine and burgers to all the breakfast options, and the...

We hosted a Rehearsal Dinner at Tumbledown in the Porch Room in late September. It was the perfect venue for our group and Kelly and her stafff were amazing to work with! We comfortably sat 21, and still had additional tables available for apps and displays, but you could easily seat 32 or more. Kelly made herself available for all my questions and concerns as we planned the event and reassured me every step of the way that they could handle our requests and that it would be a wonderful event. She allowed me to decorate the room however I desired, was patient as I changed the expected number of guests, worked with me on the menu we desired and the food and service were terrific! We had a ver...

"I used to love this place. However due to changes in their process, you walk in one door, choose what you want off of a piece of paper menu and pay at that register. To be fair, if something you want is not on the menu and they have the means to make it, they will. Once you make your purchase your order is sent to the kitchen. You then go to a refrigerator and grab any drinks you ordered like a juice or water, milk, etc. So now you carry your drinks into the dining area and find a seat. If you wanted coffee you then go to a coffee area and pour it from carafes and make it the way you want and carry it back to your seat. When your food is ready a wait person will bring it to you. The silverware is to go style set with a plastic fork, knife and spoon. If you want to top off your coffee, I honestly do not know how that works. If you want anything else to add to what you ordered and might have not done so at the counter earlier, like a juice, short stack of pancakes or whatever, you go back to the counter and repeat the process. Order, pay, grab your own drink, go back to your table and then your food if you ordered more will be out shortly. The feel of this diner is now more like a pure take-out place where you have the option to sit there and eat at picnic tables outside (which you can) or sit inside. Take it or leave it, that is just my own personal opinion. Lastly, the food was pretty good and had not reallychanged since I was there several times in the past. I 'm not knocking that aspect of this place."
