"Husband and I go here pretty consistently. The time before this, it wasn't great but we figured it was just a bad night. Came in on Saturday evening and the hostess was in a foul mood. Acted pissed she had to seat us and then was stomping around later on near our table, slamming things. My husband ordered a salad with Italian dressing that was straight up just oil in a cup so he asked for Caesar instead, which then made the entire salad taste like straight salt. My turkey bacon sandwich was dry but edible, and was missing the mozzarella cheese. Our server was super sweet and got a wonderful tip because none of what happened was in her control. Super bummed because we typically come here every other weekend but it just seems to be slipping over the last couple months. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4"

This pizza place holds a special place in my heart. I used to frequent it back in 2018, and it brings back so many cherished memories. I'll never forget this spot! View menu

Love this place. They make pizza like it should be made. Their subs and calzones are good too and the salads are large enough to feed 4 peole. Sometimes we order pizza's for lunch for our employees and they really enjoy it. The restaurant is always clean, the atmosphere is great and staff are too. If you're looking for pizza in or around the Valdese area this is the place to go to. Food: 5 View menu

First time here, won't be the last. I ordered the caprese salad. I expected a few slices of tomato, a little mozzarella, and a dab of balsamic. I was so pleased that it was a nice sized spinach salad with plenty of fresh mozzarella. The balsamic glaze was the best I've ever had. I could have eaten it with a spoon. Other family members ordered calzones. Very large portions and cleaned plates when we were finished! Service: Dine in

It is absolutely ridiculous to have to wait over an hour and fifteen minutes because the cheesy bread is not ready. I understand when it is busy, I get it, but if you tell me 30 minutes and the wait for take out is well over an hour is ridiculous. So many orders are going out for take out and dine in , but an order of cheesy bread took longer than others' orders. When we finally received the order, everything was absolutely cold except the cheesy bread that was warm. When getting take out to eat, it is very disappointing to have to go home and reheat everything when the intention was to eat on the way to another activity. I would appreciate a more accurate time so I don't have to wait in the...

"I rarely rate anything a 5 star! This is a comfortable inviting eatery. You order and pay at the counter. There is a rare window into the kitchen. (SPOTLESS)The service is friendly and prompt.I orderd a small container of the soup of the day portobello cream soup. It was thick, flavorful and had many large (but manageable) pieces of obviously fresh mushrooms. It was perfectly seasoned. I almost didn't want to eat my half of the meatball sub I split with my sister but; I am so glad I did! This is a bakery so it goes without saying the bread was perfect. It was crunchy and a little bit flaky but heavenly light. It was the perfect companion for the tender juicy lightly sauced meatballs. The bread soaked up a little sauce without falling apart making it a relatively neat sandwich to eat. The sauce was perfectly balanced. Not too sweet or salty or acidic just delicious. The cheese was of a good quality so it stretched and released with each bite. It actually tasted good and added tothe overall quality and depth of the sandwich. not the one bite and it's hanging out of your mouth variety here).I had a piece of chocolate cake with cannolli filling. It rivaled any bakery in NY or NJ that I have ever had . .and that's saying alot.Someone loves this business and the community it's in. There's a large chalkboard for dreams as you enter a puppy..to marry so and so..own an ice cream shop). There is also an area with pre-paid meal vouchers taped to the chalkboard stating take one if you need to.Who wouldn't want to eat here. It's all about the love."
