"More than just pizza, this lively and eclectic Italian restaurant in Bushwick offers a delightful dining experience. They make all their pasta and pizza dough fresh every day, which significantly enhances the quality of their spaghetti and pizza dishes. Their Cacio e Pepe is unparalleled in NYC, and their Buffalo Mozzarella pizzas are absolutely incredible! One of the best indicators of the food's excellence is that many of their patrons are genuine Italians, either visiting from their homeland or now residing in New York. They do accept credit cards, contrary to some recent reviews claiming cash only; that's simply not true. I absolutely love this place!"

Very cool late night, quality food restaurant. We were impressed with the modern industrial decor, ambiance and the delicious Neapolitan style pizza. To my taste, the dough lacked a bit of salt but otherwise a great experience!

One of the best pizzas in New York (guaranteed by an Italian). They have a wood-fired oven and I guess that makes the difference. Ingredients are simply the best quality, you can feel it from the first bite. The atmosphere is very cozy too.

The pizza dough was good, but we didn't find it particularly noteworthy. It also tasted a bit bland, although we're not sure if that was just due to the specific pizza we ordered. The atmosphere was quite appealing, with both indoor and outdoor seating options! View menu

Valentine’s dinner! Unreal steak. Delicious special pizza with squid. The sauce with the mussels is to die for, and an affordable carafe of red wine to wash it all down. Surprisingly serene for a holiday. Dimly lit, wood-fire oven crackling in the background, a nice and warm oasis from the NYC cold. 10/10.

The food was excellent, and the spacious outdoor seating area was a real plus. The maitre d'/waiter was incredibly friendly, but it felt like he was the only one taking orders for the whole restaurant, which made it a bit challenging to locate him when we needed something. That's my only constructive criticism. Overall, I would still highly recommend this place. It’s perfect for a pre-show dinner in Brooklyn!

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
