"Great service from at the counter from a very pleasant young man, college football on on all screens, beer/cider, lots of parking. I haven’t been into the Mission BBQ in this area, but compared to the Mission BBQ in the Richmond area, this place has equally great food, great portion sizes and great prices. Can’t imagine why the local Mission has .7 more stars than Urban but as of September 16, 2023, Urban is def solidly five stars! The food was quite tasty, and the service was great as well. This was a takeout dinner, and the price was between $10 and $20 per person. I would rate the food a 4, the service a 4, and the atmosphere also a 4. I highly recommend trying the cornbread and BBQ!

The meat had a wonderful smoky spice crust. Every type of meat was juicy and full of flavor. I was pleasantly surprised by the authenticity of the food from this pit master; I expected it to be just average, but it surpassed my expectations. The beans and salads were also outstanding.
