"We recently revisited this place after two years. It looks like the management and employees have changed, and the new employees are truly unfriendly neither of the two seemed to be interested in being hospitable. No smiles or greetings, just a blank stare at the counter. After informing us that many of the items and ingredients (chicken, cheese, etc. on the menu were not available, there was no attempt made to suggest substitutions. We were left to figure out things on our own. Food was Ok, but our bacon cheeseburger did not have any bacon. Two ingredients were missing from the speciality burgers. Terrible terrible service. We used to like this place. But with their current prices and sorry service, the Applebee's burger (next door to them seems like a bigger and better choice."

I ordered the Cajun burger, and it turned out fantastic. The staff was very welcoming and displayed a strong sense of professionalism. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has never tried Wayback Burgers.

The gentleman at the counter was incredibly efficient, managing to serve four customers while also handling an online order, all with a cheerful smile. It's hard to find good help these days, but this guy was truly outstanding!

Ordered here for the first time and received a raw chicken sandwich. They also didn?t include our milkshakes that we ordered. The one burger that was ordered was sloppily thrown together with missing toppings. Won?t be going back. View menu

The burgers were quite good, particularly for my companion with a milk allergy, as she often finds it challenging to find suitable options. The staff were fantastic; the young team was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.

How do you guys not have cup carriers? You make DoorDashers make their own drinks, the only restaurant in Westchester to do that by the way, and then you make them transport them with no means of carrying them. You didn?t have them last week either. If you need four-cup carriers I work for a distributor and can get them for you

My family came into this location on a Sunday, there was ONE employee working. David did an amazing job of making our food, serving other customers, and doing literally everything as the only employee in the store. Management clearly has no clue what they are doing, but David saved the experience with his hard work and great attitude. Thanks David. View menu

This place for dinner. It was 8:20 and the doors were closed. Hours say they're open until 10:00. So ridiculous! We wasted our time to drive here and the 4 workers in cleaning at 8:00 on a Friday night. The only Wayback burger in the area and their employees do it?! Not sure who owns this place, but they must be aware b/c this obviously happens often.

Halal I ordered The Big Easy burger with fries. The burger was juicy and tasty. It consisted of two smashburger style patties, which were a little too heavily seasoned but it was delicious none the less. The fries were perfect, crispy and fluffy inside. I hate those coated type fries that other places serve). And best of all its halal.Dietary restrictions: HalalParking: Hundreds of free parking spots.
