"Our friends took us to this restaurant on Friday, October 14, and we decided to sit outside to enjoy the pleasant weather. Right from the start, we felt unwelcome; the first waitress didn't greet us at all. Unfortunately, our food order never got placed, so we ended up getting another waitress. However, she seemed more interested in attending to a private party than to us. The food was below average, and the overall customer service was lacking basic courtesy. We definitely won't be coming back!"

Wonderful food and service. They make a wonderful hamburger. One of my favorite places to eat in Annapolis. My wife and I try to visit West End Grill at least once a week.

Great menu, good locals bar and grill. They actually serve adult beverages in adult sized glasses. Never had bad service, great place to watch a game or catch up with some friends. The best pub food around with so many great selections. Legit!

The place has a fun sports bar atmosphere, and the food was surprisingly fantastic! They offered a generous side salad, delicious clam chowder, excellent wings, and the gumbo was absolutely amazing! We'll definitely return on our next visit to Annapolis.

So much more than a sports bar. Three of us had lunch today, and despite a large group celebrating an event in another room and a full dining room, we enjoyed fantastic service from our server, Lauren. We had steak and cheese, a chicken avocado club and the Chicken Thai Mushu salad. Everything was delicious. The prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be back to try the wings!

I'm not particularly fond of sports bars, so the atmosphere wasn't my cup of tea. Nevertheless, I still give it a 5-star rating because it delivered exactly what it promised. I simply find the chaos and noise a bit overwhelming. However, the food and drinks were outstanding. The menu had more of my favorite dishes than I've seen at any other restaurant. If you're a fan of Reuben sandwiches, this is definitely the spot for you. Unfortunately, I forgot to snap a photo of it!
