"We had a great New Year's dinner at this restaurant. The menu was good, with high quality standard but not very unique. The service was excellent, even though the live music was quite loud in the echo-y space. The seating was fine, and the live music was loud but of good quality for New Year's. However, we were disappointed to find that the prix fixe meal, which was advertised as $69 per person on the OpenTable app, ended up costing $89 per person on the bill. Additionally, we were charged $30 for service twice, resulting in a final total of $149 per person instead of the expected $69. I would not recommend this place if you are not prepared to pay double what was originally advertised. It would have been better if the actual price included all charges upfront to allow for a fair assessment."

We enjoyed Breakfast with Santa but thought it was a little generous' of them to automatically add in 20% gratuity for a buffet.

The service and atmosphere were excellent! However, the food was just average. The taco appetizer had dry, flavorless meat. The flatbread was more like a French bread pizza and while it tasted okay, it wasn't very memorable.

Absolutely the worst dining experience ever. Service was slow. Soup came out cold. White wine bottle was left on the table with no chiller. I had one drink and they charged me for two. They added a 20 percent service fee. They didn’t record that I showed up to the reservation with OpenTable. View menu

Breakfast with Santa was FABULOUS.. we had 4 children 5, 5, 6 and 7 and they loved it. SANTA was patient and kind, took a dozen pix with us, food was yummy, cookie decorating was such fun. The Elf named Poinsettia was so patient and kind. Even danced with my grandson!! Looking forward to next year!! Thank you.

breakfast with santa was fabulous. we had 4 children 5, 6, 7 and they loved it. santa was patient and friendly, took a dozen pix with us, eating was delicious, cookie decoration was so funny. the eleven named poinsettia was so patient and friendly. even dancing with my grandson! we look forward to the next year! thank you.

Breakfast with Santa was wonderful. Ryan the manager and Viviana was our server. They went over and beyond. Santa and Poinsettia were great with the kids. We got there at the end but they spent so much time with us and left the buffet spread and cocoa, cookie stations out. They had children show in tv for the kids during this special breakfast. The restaurant was nice, BUT there were a few issues. The Santa photo area had a sign that said "SANTA PHOTOS THIS WAY" that no one bothered to remove. The photographer wasn't ready at 10 am, which was frustrating. They need a new photographer who is good with kids. My beef was too rare for my liking and the hot chocolate was scalding, not ideal for young children. Serving breakfast without biscuits, toast, or croissants seemed odd to me. When I asked for toast, the manager said there would be an extra charge, which I found ridiculous considering the price we already paid. However, the balloon guy was awesome and the boy elves were adorable.
