"A few weeks ago, my husband and I had our first visit to this restaurant, joined by friends who were already familiar with 18 Steak. I must say, WOW! We had an amazing meal and received excellent service. Our server, Christina, was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She ensured we were comfortable and clearly understood our meat options. She even suggested a wine for our table, which was a lovely touch. Although we won’t be dining here regularly due to the higher prices, we left feeling satisfied with a delicious, high-quality meal and outstanding service, all thanks to Christina!"

We went to 18 Steak for my birthday, and all I can say is it is an experience. From the cocktails to dessert, it was one of the best meals ever! The service was also impeccable! Truly one of the best steaks I have ever eaten (and the creamed spinach was delicious!

The steak, while tender, was excessively salty and nearly inedible. The braided rib was overpriced; it was a small, stringy cut with little flavor, served with a tiny portion of grits for $31. I was extremely disappointed! I even suspect that she doesn't use real butter for her bread. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this place.

Ordered the Australian Wagyu expecting top tier steak...it wasnt in my opinion. The steak had a lot of gristle and was tough. I could not even tell it was an $80 steak. Ambiance of the restaurant was nice as it over looks the river, and so was ourwaiter, but it isn't something I'd go back to again especially to spend $300 and leave dissatisfied. View menu

My wife and I wanted to celebrate our anniversary and the exciting news of expecting our first child, and we were looking to have a great time. Gavin, the manager, and Evan, our waiter, provided exceptional service. Christopher and his lovely wife also inquired about our due date, which added a personal touch to our evening. The steaks were prepared exactly as we requested, and while the rest of the food was decent—good but nothing exceptional that would entice us to return—the experience was overall underwhelming. For dessert, we chose the bread pudding and the chocolate torte. The bread pudding was presented nicely in a bowl with sauce carefully poured by the server, but the torte arrived in a plastic takeout container, just haphazardly placed on the table. This left us puzzled, and we may never understand why it was handled that way. Overall, I would rather spend my $479 at a different restaurant.
