"After arriving in Greer, we were looking for a quick bite. We walked into A&P and were amazed at how big it was. It was surprisingly empty. We were the only table there. We ordered the fried mushrooms, a burger and a grilled ham and cheese.. the food was good, mushrooms were fresh and not greasy.. onion rings were a little greasy..The food wasn't spectacular but it was good. It was SUPER clean! The whole time we were there someone was cleaning in the dining room and in the kitchen. The bathrooms were super clean as well. We would definitely return!"

But we dined here the other day and it was nice. Food and service was good. And the restaurant is in a good location for most of us. I think we have found a new home.

This restaurant is amazing!! Small town, quiet atmosphere. The food was fantastic; better than any other restaurant I've visited in a long time. The manager visited each table to ask about the meals, and if we needed refills or anything else. The prices are beyond reasonable, and it looks and smells clean. Will definitely make the 2 hour drive to visit again!

We’ve eaten often at A&P for a long time, and I know that sometimes things do happen, but last few times we e eaten there. Food hasn’t agreed with us and I got sick off the chicken. And the last time I had a baked potato that had a very large hard something in my potato. My husband took it back and got another one and had no problem. But we won’t be eating there anymore. Let me say that this is in no way wanting this to keep others from going there, but we will not!
