"We were greeted right away as we walked in the door. As you walk in, there is a very well stocked bar with seating as well as tables and chairs. To the right, where we were seated, are tables and chairs as well as very roomy booths. Our food was brought out in a very timely manner and looked amazing. The aroma of the different spices let you know you were in for a real treat, which it did not disappoint. And there was more than enough that we needed to take home plates (always a plus when you have an enjoyable meal). Our waiter was very attentive, keeping our drinks filled and the table cleared of appetizer plates. I'd definitely recommend trying this eatery out! The eatery is wheelchair accessable and has very close parking at the front door. The restroom has wheelchair accommodations as well for those in need. Barkeep's Eatery Taps is located in Nacogdoches on 59 North St. alittle ways pass the college on the right. I'd highly recommend trying this eatery out. You will not be disappointed."

If you have a hankering for Asian food In East Texas, this place won’t satisfy your urge. The food is bland and only reminiscent of the original dishes. Went in around 10pm on a Wednesday evening, nobody was there to greet the door. We asked some, what we assumed customers, if the restaurant was closed only to receive a “closed except for us” and very disgusted looks. One of the guys went and got a worker who kindly explained that everything was closed except for the bar, so we left. Pretty sure the “customers” who were there were actually employees so it was odd. Overall just an odd experience that warranted enough of a reaction for this review.
