I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. They are not honest and seem to only care about making money, rather than about their customers. When I checked in, they mistakenly charged me for my booking twice and only refunded me after I spoke with the manager. Then, two days after I checked out, they charged me an unexpected $334 for a resort fee. No one informed me about any fees when I arrived, so I was taken by surprise. Additionally, the room was very dirty and quite old.

That night, the staff acknowledged they were unaware of the mold issue, but our new room had a dehumidifier running right by the door, which was concerning. Later on, our friends arrived for the wedding, and they were placed in the same room we had just vacated—room 136—which had been treated with bleach. We informed them about our experience, and they were understandably grossed out. I really hope we receive some reimbursement for this situation, especially since we had two young children with us.

I paid $300 a night for a room with a balcony that overlooked the parking lot. When I booked, it mentioned a fireplace, but there wasn't one. The rooms felt outdated for the price. However, the front desk staff were delightful. The outdoor pool was amazing and very clean. Unfortunately, most of the lifeguards appeared unhappy. If you’re calling yourself a “resort,” it wouldn’t be unreasonable to offer free coffee, cucumber water, or even cookies at check-in. Was sent an email with the option to do an early noon check in rather than 4 o clock for an additional $40. We requested it and was approved. We arrived at noon to only be told that they made a mistake in approving all the early check ins for noon and room wouldn’t be ready until 4. After two hours of driving with 2 kids this was very disappointing. Their solution was to “allow us” into the water park an hour earlier than regularly allowed. So now we need to wait 4 hours in the water park before our rooms ready. Extremely disappointing and poor work by the hotel.

Great place to stay. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Good food options on property. Water park more suited to smaller kids. Rooms are outdated and need to be redone. They might be in the process of doing that as we saw a couple of rooms being renovated. Good room specials.Rooms: Rooms need updating. Furniture and carpets need to be updated. AC worked very well. Rooms were clean.Nearby activities: Easy access to Hyannis Harbor and Main Street.Noteworthy details: Front desk staff and restaurant staff very pleasant. Also looks like they have pre Covid staff levels which is nice to see.

Had a great time! Came down with the family for our 11yo baseball tournament and the team ended up all staying here together. Kids and parents alike had a great time swimming in the wave pool, lounging in the lazy river, and racing each other down the slides after a long day of baseball. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite which was just great. Spacious and beautifully decorated. Spa showers and jacuzzi tubs I. The rooms were also a fun surprise! Ate at Hearth and Kettle as well as the outdoor patio after hours. Good food and live music. Kids already asking when we can go back. Will definitely be making reservations again in the near future! We booked a suite here . Myself, bf and our 2 kids collectively . Room was beautiful. However the shower did not drain in the loft. We ordered a cot and it was so noisy squeaks it kept the kids up. Check in was terrible as there was limited help and a line of about 20 waiting for service. Also I did not pack a life vest for my autistic son assuming a water park resort would stock them to use. This is the case with other establishments we’ve visited.unfortunately they did not have anything available for use. That was disappointing.Lastly the on site restaurant at hearth and kettle was mediocre at best. Good for a quick bite to eat but lacking in quality and not worth the prices.

I rarely leave reviews but I felt the need to for others health and safety. We were 2 families traveling for Labor Day- we are local and have been here before (pre Covid). Because they are under new management we were optimistic that improvements have been made. Nope.Pros:-The young lady working at the outside restaurant was lovely. She was attentive and hardworking and very pleasant!-The lazy River was fun for kids of all ages-Hearth And Kettle never disappointsCons--our bedroom smelled of mold and mildew upon entering. We were a little nervous booking after reading mixed reviews but so happy we decided to book our stay here at the Cape Codder Resort. We have a 12 year old and a 6 year old who were also very happy to spend two nights here. To start off check in was swift and easy and we were pleased to learn about all there was to do as a family from the obvious water attractions to movie nights, 24 hr arcade, and on site restaurant. Staff through out our stay were courteous, kind, attentive, and very helpful! Our room was clean and definitely gave the cape cod vibe.
