"Bice is situated at the Portofino Hotel in Universal Orlando Resort. We booked a table for 7pm on a Tuesday, but found that it wasn't needed as the restaurant was almost empty. This may have been because of the extensive construction happening around the hotel, but it didn't impact our experience too much. Our head waiter was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We enjoyed delicious cocktails and had a fantastic dinner."
