"The Tri-Tip Dip has too little meat, and since the meat is the highlight, that's disappointing. The bread is excessively salty, and they serve it with a salty beef au jus, making the entire meal overly salty for my taste buds. However, their Santa Maria Tri-Tip Dinner was outstanding—very filling and the tri-tip itself was excellent."

Chicken and waffle were tasty. Scrambled eggs were dry and had strange spongy texture. I wish that Black Bear would allow customizations so that I could've specified that I prefer cracked shell eggs and not eggs poured from a carton.
