"They were actually open when I drove by 4/18 around 11am. They weren’t busy with only one car in front of me and two employees standing in a doorway on the side of building. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese combo. Easy pleasy. Got to work and it was an old steak biscuit. Even said bacon egg and cheese combo on ticket. To the owners; if these employees tell you they need more money, don’t fall for it. First, replace them with competent staff, then pay them accordingly. There’s plenty of people coming over our border who will gladly work for you. But you have to hire functioning people to begin with."

The food tastes great, the restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly. They were also known when I asked questions about gluten. The service was a bit slow, but most likely by the staff like all these days.

This hidden gem in Jacksonville features an impeccably clean kitchen and exceptional management and staff. Today, we enjoyed the chicken on the bone, which was juicy and delicious, and every side dish was fresh and hot from the pot. We absolutely love dining here two to three times a week!

I really would not recommend this location. Extremely disorganized. Maybe people weren?t trained or were new. My chicken sat on the open counter on a tray for 5 minutes before they put fries with it. Kinda cold. Really long wait for stuff that was already prepared. Out of stuff that. Soda machine inaccessible. I feel bad for the employees View menu

This location needs some work to stay alive! Was there 1/2 hour waiting for staff to cook a grilled chicken. Been there before and told they were out of white meat chicken. Come on now, a chicken restaurant?? Also went through drive thru window twice and was shorted a side both times. Get it together folks or another prime location is going down the drain! I really like their chicken..

This was my first experience with Bojangles, and I have to admit that it leaves quite a bit to be desired. The food wasn't bad, but the service was simply took forever. It wasn't during a busy time, but the order for myself, wife, and two children took over 30 minutes to prepare. It wouldn't have been so bad had we not waited for at least 10 minutes, just to be asked to pull forward because our grilled chicken was going to take another 20. Then afterwards we found out they had forgotten part of our order. Will I try Bojangles again yes. Will I try this location again most likely no.
