"I wanted to share a fantastic review for this location. The staff is consistently friendly, and the food is always fresh. The guy who prepared my order tonight was especially warm and humorous! He took the time to make some lighthearted jokes and wished me a good afternoon. In most fast food places, you usually just get your food and receipt thrown at you without any eye contact! I really appreciated the friendly conversation. If I knew his name, I would definitely thank him here!"

It was nice to finally get to eat here after 5 yrs! Since this fastfood is in the south. The chicken and dirty rice accompanied by freshly baked biscuits are the bomb!!

Our meal was delicious, as always, but the restaurant's interior was quite dirty, and the bathroom required significant cleaning. The cashiers were not very friendly, and they only offered BBQ sauce. Overall, it wasn't our best experience. View menu

I rated this restaurant three stars for its spacious dining area and clean restrooms. However, the staff was a bit intrusive. The bo-rounds were soggy, and the chicken fillet was incredibly dry, almost like a biscuit. It seemed like they just reheated leftovers from the day before.

I only stopped by for a quick breakfast, and Takira was fantastic. She took our orders and was very friendly and helpful in choosing our meals. She recommended some delicious cookies that I really enjoyed! I would highly recommend this place; the service was outstanding, and everyone was smiling!

I went into the Bojangles on HWY 80 in Pooler in a panic after my order had been canceled at another chicken place, by them not me. I needed to feed about 30 people. I spoke to 2 managers and they said they could help.They had 80 pieces of chicken with ALL the fixings ready in less than hour and a half.They saved me and by the way, it was a Saturday!!!GREAT JOB AND A HUGE THANK YOU! I 'm still waiting in the drive-thru ... I should have read the Yelp reviews before I got here and went somewhere else .... let 's begin ... SERVICE there was non CHICKEN burnt, hard, cold DRITY RICE name speaks for itself, GREEN BEANS nasty just plain nasty SWEET TEA sugar water no tea Oh BTW the 1 star is for the biscuit ... basically I paid $12 for 3 biscuits I 'm going to take the L for this one ... lesson learned

I went to this place at least 3 times and doubt I'm going to go a 4th. the food itself is in order, but the service is over slow. the last visit I had ordered to expect a little slower. it took 20 minutes for a grilled chicken sandwich. this place was not really busy. I had to sit and wait for a sandwich while I was the only car in the drive thru so again I expected a wait, but 20 minutes is acceptable over everything.
