"I used to work at this Bojangles during the pandemic, and after a year, I decided to visit again to grab some food and perhaps see some familiar faces before heading back to Auburn for my dreaded halftime. I have to say, the customer service isn't what it used to be, and I hardly recognized anyone from my time there. However, the food was still hot and served quickly. The Supreme and Bo-Berry biscuits tasted amazing—probably because I wasn't the one making them—but they really hit the spot. Overall, my experience wasn't bad, though I do agree with others who have noted that the friendliness has noticeably declined. Oh, and it would be great if they could bring back the Bo Sauce; my family and I really miss it!"

The chicken was dry like it had been all day. The dirty rice was horrible. It was cooked so long The rice didn't look like rice and it was mushy.

Quality of service and food has declined since the pandemic. Seems like they’re serving food from 3-4 hrs ago. Just my opinion. I use to eat there quite a bit. I can definitely tell the difference. South parkway location is much better

Place is nasty and the staff is surly at best. If you hate your jobs this bad, you should quit. You were looking for a job when you got hired at this dump. The entire establishment should be razed to the ground and the earth sowed with salt. Deserves ZERO stars.

The employee at the counter was incredibly rude and refused to allow me to add a biscuit to my order. After I pointed out her rudeness, she audaciously responded with “yo mama.” It seemed like the staff were more focused on rushing customers out rather than caring about their satisfaction. This experience was quite disappointing. The food was not handled properly, and the person at the window was too distracted chatting with someone else to take my order correctly. They didn’t acknowledge me or communicate at all when they took my payment and handed me the wrong order. I would recommend going elsewhere.

"I planned a birthday dinner for my daughter's 15th birthday at this establishment. Called twice to make sure they could accommodate my party size and that the day and time were acceptable. (I called twice because I was told a manager would call, but they didn't so I called back 2 days later). I was assured that date and time were acceptable and that they wouldn't be able to sit all of us at the same table but they would have us in the same section of the restaurant. I was excited because it was going to be my first time at this establishment and I had heard great things. However, I received a phone call less than 48 hrs before my reservation time and was told by the assistant manager that they would not be able to guarantee that my party would be in the same section. So, I took the time to confirm the actual number of attendees (15 20 people) for the dinner and called back to inform them of this in hopes that they could work something out (due to this last minute notification) and was advised that my reservation had been canceled. I was also advised that if we decided to show up they would sit everyone, but we would run the risk of being spread out across the restaurant. I expressed my grievances about the last minute change and the fact that they were not willing to try to make any accommodations. As I stated, this was going to be my first time at Cajun Steamer and to have such a poor experience is extremely disheartening. I don't appreciate being treated as if we weren't going to be paying customers. The fact that my reservation was canceled without my consent and them not trying to provide a reasonable solution for the last minute change shows me that there is a lack of business acumen within their management team. I understand that they have a small space to work with, but their inability to accommodate my party should've been made known upfront not less than 48 hrs before my reservation. To lose a customer before they even have a chance to visit your establishment is truly sad indeed."
